Didn’t receive a receipt so can’t do the survey. Just went through drive up. Ordered right from your menu..McChicken Deal…yes, the 5.00 meal. Person taking order was confused about meal or deal. Asked for no mayo and no sauce for nuggets. What did I get? McChicken WITH mayo and sauce that was thrown away…waste. Last time to frequent this location I dislike this location…. Indefinitely especially the night mangers!!!!.

McDonald’s has made it easy for each employee station to understand there job, particularly in a two lane ordering configuration.
But, I am saying but, when the primary step is screwed up, nicely saying, the assembly line breaks, and seemingly the other segments of the process stop as well. In the case of this Mickey D’s, the money employee failed to run my card. The remainder of the assembly line is clueless.
This is the third time with different McDonald’s this has with some segment of the assembly line. Where efficiency is supposedly created, in many instances the human is other directed.
I only stop at Mc D’s for convenience not the food any more. I think I will drop the thought all together.

Bad experiences. Employees very rude and respectful, even manager. They always forget something and dont get your order right. Always have to call or go back to pick it up. NEVER going there again. I just want my food and go home and relax. We all have to get rest and be ready for what the next day has for us.

I went to the McDonald’s. I gave a one star review to the first time. Today, March 14, 2025 I ordered it over $36 worth of food and came home and found this in my bag. This is unacceptable. It smelled really bad. This is poor management and poor staffing experience for this fast food I don’t know how this store is still here With how much issues I come across with this restaurant. This is completely unacceptable. Would it be wrong for me to make them wait while I check every single item I have from now on. I can’t trust this fast food restaurant for my kids. How do I know they’re not keeping their hands clean this is so unacceptable and I’m sure no one‘s gonna do anything about it.

This McDonald’s is more expensive than others in Albuquerque. The drive thru is slow. Make sure your order is correct. To many times I got to work only to have black coffee.

Our food was sopping wet with grease. All of our bbq sauce packs were open and leaking. So much grease it was dripping out of the bottom of the bag. They just slopped our food in the bag too. Honestly seems like they did this deliberately. Absolutely nasty food at this location. Horrible customer service. Manager didn’t even seem to be bothered by this no questions asked and gave us our money back without even an apology .

This McDonald’s can be less than average most of the time 1 out of 10 time can be very good. I don’t get the reason why it is so lackluster, but if you eat here enough you won’t either. Just remember it is not that good. Hopefully you will get here on a day it is really good , but don’t hold your breathe too long, right?
