While running errands, we stopped by this Jack in the Box to grab some food. There was only one car ahead of us, so the wait was short. We had received some coupons in the mail and wanted to try them out. We ordered two Cluck sandwiches, two fries, and a two drink for $12 before tax, which was a great deal since one Cluck combo is almost $10 on its own. The drive-thru employee was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning and using more coupons for future orders.

Was not only absolutely filthy, out of almost all soda in the dining room, all the tables had either leftover food or has not been wiped down all day long. Under the soda machine was completely dirty. Trash was overflowing at exits and drink station. Soda machine operating system inside has syrup and dirt everywhere.
How did Management allow this to go on???
Where is you food grade level on the window…none of the employees look happy nor educated of proper procedures or cleanliness. Totally not business environment nor restaurant quality.
Had it not been for pressed timing for me I would have went elsewhere. Never coming back to this dirt hole.
Distasteful, disorganized, disrespectful to the franchise.

Good food, good service, good prices, and quick, plus they never screw up the order. All around great place to eat. The egg rolls here are better that most Chinese food places. If you haven’t yet, you should give them a try and they never charge for extra sauces.

I was about to write an angry review, but Crystal came out to talk to me. When someone puts in a mobile order, and it’s not ready yet at the speaker, it’s real simple. They wait in line until they get to the window, and then they wait there. It’s the same exact thing as when someone orders at the speaker. They wait in line. They don’t have to go back around or come inside for their order, just because they did a mobile order. That’s not fair, because the people ordering at the speaker don’t have to do that. However, Crystal explained that their timer is very stressful and that she needs me to CALL them if I want to customize anything that I order on the app, because the app does not allow most customizations. Jack seriously needs to fix this ASAP. It is hurting everyone.

The quality is just going downhill so is the customer service And the people working. This is now their standard? Not to mention that the portion sizes very inconsistent. They were so adamant about telling me that I was wrong that they heard even forgotta give me my drinks and we’re just rushing to get me out of there. And typically when you order extra eggs it’s supposed to be more than that at least majority of the time it used to be more than that.

I have been craving Jack in the Box for a while now, and since this location is the closes, I went to get some. I now regret that decision. The staff was friendly, but when I got home and opened up my meal, it looked liked, they just threw the sandwich in the box. The bacon want even inside my burger and it was burnt. I would now rather go to another location further out than go back here.

Was craving jack in the box so decided to go got a munchie meal. haven’t been there I awhile first of the munchie meals went up in price which I understand since everything is getting pricey everywhere but when I got home and checked my meal I literally had like 3 curly fries and not even a handful of regular fries and then my chicken sandwich was horrible!! It felt like it was out all day and just got refried it was so hard and dry. Tacos and drink were good
