Twice now that I’ve been left hanging on the intercom for the drive through. Ended up ordering nothing and waiting to leave behind 3 other cars. Drove down the street to the Jack-in-the-box on Sierra/Foothill and got my food in less than 5 mins.

Every time I have my order set for pick up they insist of making it more difficult than it needs to be. They make me walk to the drive through even though they could have handed my food. And then I’m made to wait 8 minutes longer than my pick up time said.

Service was great, but I ordered double patties for my order and was given only one patty, wouldn’t mind if they didn’t charge so much for an additional patty. Very disappointed after spending over $70 bucks on just 4 combos.

I was in high school when they opened this Carl’s Jr up. That was in the 1980’s. Anyway first time back since the early 1990’s. They were fast, friendly and the store was clean. Fries could have been hotter but anyone who goes to Carl’s knows that’s a running joke. I enjoyed it.
