We had a great experience at lunch today. Staff were very friendly. We all had the new cookies and cream shake and it was delicious. Hopefully it stays on the menu. We definitely will visit this location again.

I ordered the bacon biscuit, with a coffee, tots, and a cinnamon raisin biscuit for breakfast. It was good, and the coffee was hot!
While sitting and eating my meal, I had a direct line of vision to the kitchen. Most of the employees wore gloves while making the food. However, there was a slender Caucasian woman, with tattoos, wearing a beanie that did not wear gloves. She’d mess with her cell phone, walk up to the register, and go right back to making sandwiches without gloves, or tongs. I am confused at why the other employees wore gloves while making food, and she didn’t? Other seeing this, my experience was good.
The man (employee) in the back right of the picture walked in while I was here as well. He clocked in, then proceeded back to the table, where he has been playing on his phone for the last 30 min.

I used the Hardee’s app to place my order and not only were they 15 minutes late making my food, but my order arrived with some unexpected substitutions.
It appears the smoked sausage was replaced with bacon, and the fried egg I paid extra for was folded I also received ham instead of sausage on another sandwich which was plain ham it was supposed to be sausage and fried egg which I also paid extra for.
While I understand mistakes can happen, it would have been appreciated to be asked about these changes beforehand. Perhaps in the future, the restaurant could ensure they confirm any ingredient swaps with the customer.
My order was a total mess, both late and incorrect. I tried to get a refund for the trouble. They shot that down, though, insisting I had to deal with it all through the app. It’s super frustrating when there is absolutely no way of requesting a refund through the app. I had to get in touch with their Corporate Office CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., based in Franklin, Tennessee. In order to get my refund. I won’t be ordering through the app anymore or at this location.

So I had a really aggy issue with an order and too sum everything up. I would just like to say thank you to Trent the manager on duty last night. He handled the situation correctly and made sure I left a satisfied customer so there would be no further issues. Love love the way he handled it.

Ordered a chocolate shake with my meal, when it was handed to me it was runny like water or soda from the machine when I said something about it all I got was attitude from the manager on shift. The young woman at the window was extremely rude on the speaker and st the window, to the point that I requested a refund instead of a replacement for old food. This happened a few days ago, and when I brought the issue to the manager, I was told it was “okay” because she’s a minor—as if that excused the unacceptable service I received. It does not.
Her attitude and demeanor were so unprofessional and disrespectful that I became uncomfortable accepting the food, concerned it may not have been handled properly due to the nature of her demeanor. For that reason, I chose to request a refund.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

The manager Trent and the nice blonde girl was very nice, dedicated employees. Trent made sure the order was fresh and we were happy. So thank you sir. Since the newer crew started, I find myself eating there again regularly.

The food is a great value for the money, budget friendly, hot & fresh, and the staff are always polite, fast, and efficient. Can’t really give a rating on food as walked out never ordered after standing almost 15 mins and was never spoken to by an employee in the building. Tried to speak to the young females to get her attention she looked at me and walked off. The middle aged male with long hair looked me in like face probably 20 times and never said a word. The guy back in the cook area looked at me was he was walking towards back of store and didn’t say a thing either. At that point I just walked out. Needless to say sales lots for the store ( not that my 40 bucks makes that much of a difference)

So we ordered a meal today from this location. They forgot the bacon double cheeseburger, no big deal, right? Spouse went back, and they gave this instead (pictures below). Loads of mayo which it’s not supposed to have on it, and the burger isn’t a double clearly. Also, one set of chicken tenders were original, not spicy as ordered. Quality checks arent done here obviously. Big white boy on second shift has an attitude as well. If you don’t like to work or do your job, go somewhere else is my life advise to you, bud. Reading is fundamental!
