While sitting and eating my meal, I had a direct line of vision to the kitchen. Most of the employees wore gloves while making the food. However, there was a slender Caucasian woman, with tattoos, wearing a beanie that did not wear gloves. She’d mess with her cell phone, walk up to the register, and go right back to making sandwiches without gloves, or tongs. I am confused at why the other employees wore gloves while making food, and she didn’t? Other seeing this, my experience was good.
The man (employee) in the back right of the picture walked in while I was here as well. He clocked in, then proceeded back to the table, where he has been playing on his phone for the last 30 min.
It appears the smoked sausage was replaced with bacon, and the fried egg I paid extra for was folded I also received ham instead of sausage on another sandwich which was plain ham it was supposed to be sausage and fried egg which I also paid extra for.
While I understand mistakes can happen, it would have been appreciated to be asked about these changes beforehand. Perhaps in the future, the restaurant could ensure they confirm any ingredient swaps with the customer.
My order was a total mess, both late and incorrect. I tried to get a refund for the trouble. They shot that down, though, insisting I had to deal with it all through the app. It’s super frustrating when there is absolutely no way of requesting a refund through the app. I had to get in touch with their Corporate Office CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., based in Franklin, Tennessee. In order to get my refund. I won’t be ordering through the app anymore or at this location.
The young woman at the window was extremely rude on the speaker and st the window, to the point that I requested a refund instead of a replacement for old food. This happened a few days ago, and when I brought the issue to the manager, I was told it was “okay” because she’s a minor—as if that excused the unacceptable service I received. It does not.
Her attitude and demeanor were so unprofessional and disrespectful that I became uncomfortable accepting the food, concerned it may not have been handled properly due to the nature of her demeanor. For that reason, I chose to request a refund.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
