We waited 15 minutes, which is fine, as it is busy on Sunday mornings. However, we ordered our food and it took 50 minutes to receive it (part of it). The toast was not brought out with the eggs. Who eats eggs without toast? By the time my husband received his toast, he had finished his whole meal. The waitress apologized. No refills on our drinks either & and we had been there for a very very long time. I saw the waitress complaining to the GM about the delay with the kitchen. The GM never even stopped by to say anything. Nothing – he could care less because his shift was almost over. Unbelievable.

Manufactured wait time. We arrived by 10:30. Was told 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes later seated. The only busy place is the lobby. Restaurant has only a handful of customers seated. They got our order in a timely fashion give or take a few but then we waited till afternoon for it. And then they didn’t have the whole order. Had to wait for sausage several minutes later. Remember it’s not busy. So either one guy cooking today or no one wanted to work and the customers paid for it. We also had to drop off a family member at his place before noon. You’d think at 10:30 you’d have time for breakfast. Not here not today.

We waited almost an hour for our food after placing our order with no check in or explanation. When the waitress delivered out food, she said someone else took our order to another table and they had to remake it. But there were 5 people at our table, so weird that someone else ordered our exact meals. Also, my “fresh” fruit included old slimy bananas, she didnt bring my syrup until after my food was cold. My husband’s pancakes had to be replaced because they were over cooked and so hard you could use them as Frisbee, the banana bread she brought my father in law was literally an inch tall, and my son’s white toast was completely burnt. The waitress seemed surprised that their were visible issues with the food, when she would have clearly seen the same issues before setting the food in front of us. And everyone in the restaurant were wearing their winter coats during the meal because it was so cold in there.

A waste of 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back. The manager probably ought to be replaced for gross incompetence. I understand having to wait to be seated at a restaurant, but it was poorly communicated and very inaccurate exactly how long the wait would be. We were supposedly next to be seated but after investing 40 minutes of my life into a wait that was anywhere from “a few” to “ten” minutes I left with my family in complete disgust. Over half the tables in the restaurant had been cleared and bussed at this point and the surly person who seemed to be in charge was just wandering around and appeared to intentionally avoid the scores of people waiting to be seated and refused to give any updates as to wait times or whether there was some circumstance that prevented those of us waiting to be seated at the clean and empty table. All I know is I will never make the mistake of patronizing a Bob e Evans again in my life, and if you value your time you may want to do the same. We ended up at spinners diner down the street and were seated immediately and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast a local owned restaurant.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a huge thank you for the crew working the closing shift on Thursday Jan 29th 2026. After placing an order through Grubhub, the restaurant made my order but no one picked up the order. After speaking with staff on the phone, they offered to remake the food for me, as I would pickup on this occasion. This was right at closing and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their desire to make sure I was taken care of. The order was for my GF who was working the late shift at the local hospital. The food was delicious but the customer service was even better. Thank you!!

Food was superb and our waitress Kaitlyn was amazing. She was on it! Clean restaurant but the ladies bathroom could use a wipe down as the towel dispenser down and one of the stalls had #2 all over.

This Bob Evans location is completely unequipped to serve a table beyond 1-4 persons. There was only 2 waitresses covering the whole restaurant. I was in a group of 10, and it took our waitress 15 minutes to finally take our order, 37 minutes for our bread to come out, 45 minutes for the food to come out, and we never got our drinks refilled. Never got a side of BBQ sauce I asked for either. I didn’t leave a tip and I’ll never feel bad about it. Bob Evans has to hire more help or else customers will not come here- especially in large groups.

My mother and I stopped in over the weekend. We were greated promptly and the hostess had a beautiful smile on her face and friendly tone. After being seated, rhe waitress was right there to take our drink order. Food was brought out quickly. We both ordered over easy eggs, bacon and hash browns. I got biscuits she got my bread. There was a couple min for the rye toast. Both of our eggs were way undercooked. They are supposed to be over easy. Not crack in pan. Count to 3 and then serve them. Bacon was ok. I got the tiniest little scoop of hash browns a d they looked and tasted like they had been sitting in a pan of grease all day. My mom gkt a big helping of hash browns, but they weren’t tasty either. My biscuits were amazing though. The waitress asked if I wanted lemon in my tea. I said no thank you and she out 2 lemons in there anyway. Why ask if you jaut going to whatever you want?

Anthony did a remarkable job with our take out order. Tremendous attitude and interaction with me. Retired H.R. corporate and I would have loved to interview him in my former position. He’s a keeper.
