The service qas fine up until I got my food and there was hair n the bag and it was a Manager that handed me my food with an attitude when I ask for my food to be made over which I doubt it was because she brought it bac to fast. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo via drive thru. And then was charged extra for barbecue sauce only to get home and have two legs and a thigh. I asked the cashier at the drive through window. Why do you charge for barbecue sauce for chicken tenders? She just took my card, walked away and charged me extra, without answering me.
Went back to the restaurant to fix the order and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. I did get a refund back for the BBQ sauce. Then received the smallest chicken strips possible that was not worth me paying $13.17 for. Hate to say I won’t be patronizing this location if the service does not improve.

I am dissatisfied as usual. First, they took at least 15min to have my food ready from drive thru. The fruit punch I got was watered down. When I finally got home I noticed they gave me a side mashed potato instead of a large, which I paid for. I tried calling and they put me on hold right away and I waited 20 min on the phone. I finally just hung up and tried to call back, AND OF COURSE, the line has been “busy” since. I don’t go there much but when I do, IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING. SMH

So now im home with food… after waiting nearly 50 mins…. Food under cooked , not enough gravy on Lg Mash. Mac and cheese definitely was not homestyle ♂️ yea i def will just take that ride and go to Torrence Ave… better food and faster service for sure!!! ♂️

Did on online order so it was an easy order with no miscommunication through the speaker. Brought out the wrong meal 4 different times. Made the mistake of not checking the entire order before we left and of course it was still the wrong meal.

The female worker was extremely rude would not listen to my request. She kept trying to be disrespectful and belligerent and trying to rush me to pull up to the front and wait for my order. I asked for her manager it was a lady with a gap tooth and I told her of my horrible experience. She said what you want me to do give it to her like she gave it to you and laughed. I was truly appalled. I asked for her manager and she said she is the manager so I asked for her manager. She said they were on a timer and I need to pull to the front and no one was behind me! This is a new Popeyes but there attitudes still stink! You should Never have employees that represent your establishment like that. The girl at the drive thru window had glasses and she was rolling her eyes and everything. I felt like I was talking to middle school children. The manager response to the whole situation was so disrespectful and extremely immature. Both of them should be fired.Popeyes should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring rude, immature, disrespectful uneducated people!

after avoiding popeyes for almost 10 years because every location in this region seems to always be bad, i thought i’d be nice enough to give this “new and improved” remodeled location a shot. big mistake. placed an online order and still sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while people who walked in after me ordered at the counter and got their food first. same chaos, same mess, just fresh paint on the walls. if this is what improvement looks like, that says a lot. guess i’ll see you again in another 10 years, if ever, because this definitely was not worth it. the red beans and rice tasted like straight plastic.
