Leaving Tucson, heading home to Phoenix….
This is literally the longest drive thru wait ever. 11 minutes and I can’t even see the window yet. When you are on a major exit to a highway your drive thru should be a quick option for travelers. I should have gone to McDonald’s….now 13 minutes, I can see the window with 2 cars still ahead of me. More than 15 minutes after I ordered…my food better be right.

Slowest fast food I’ve ever been served. We waited about 5 minutes for anyone to appear at the register to take our order. Ordered an Impossible burger and fries. It took 25 minutes. The place was not busy so guess it’s poorly managed.

I’ve eaten here a lot due to convenience of location. I’ve never had a complaint with the food. However, the wait is ALWAYS very long, even if it’s not busy. Hopefully that improves soon. I will say this is pretty common among many fast food joints since the AZ minimum wage increase resulted in fewer employees and, thus, longer wait for your food.

When we arrived there was already a fairly small line of cars in the drive thru. About 4 total. The line was not moving and they had 5 employees standing in their break area ripping on a shared vape. Both of the people with drive thru headsets were among them. They eventually went inside but the line barely moved. When I eventually got to the menu and speaker 10 minutes later I was told to wait and they’d be right with me. I waited for another 25 minutes before I ultimately downloaded the BK app and ordered my food before they ever got back to me. The window was equally as slow with many of the same people who were smoking in the break area just gossiping by the window. They were unable to complete our order because they had been waiting on ingredients to defrost for 45 minutes and the food we did get tasted like lighter fluid. Completely disappointing. I got better service from the BK in the Orlando airport

Consistently the slowest drive-thru in town. Every time I’ve gone I’ve waited at the drive-thru screen for 3 to 5 minutes before someone takes my order. Very poorly managed location.

Even with a new remodel they are still so slow at getting food out even when the restaurant is empty maybe this place needs new management The employees have been here for a while and they could seem to do the best they can. My suggestions is eat elsewhere. Will you try it again today but all the food was cold the milkshake was gross and I got a full refund this place isn’t even worth keeping their doors open there was nobody in there and my food still took 10 minutes and was ice cold I don’t know why a chocolate shake looks white but I’m pretty sure they’re brown no worries I got my money back and I just went home

Every order was messed up. They forgot my son’s juice and applesauce. They forgot our jalapeno poppers and our drinks. They were out of ice cream cones. They forgot the cookie. They took almost 25 minutes to get 2 kids meals. The only saving grace is that the kids loved the spooky nuggets.

This BK is off of Ina/ I-10. First, I love the order kiosk inside where you can pick your burger and customize any way you want. Even my silly Rodeo burger which I absolutely love! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the store. It was the first time I used the kiosk and I didn’t get a receipt. I started to walk up to the counter to see if I was going to need it and very nice man was already handing me a cup for my drink which I had ordered. I chose a table and had sat down 30 seconds it seemed like and my name was called. My burger was fresh and delicious and the fries were so good!! Just hot and fresh and tasty! I love this BURGER KING! I have to honestly say that Burger King has never been my favorite or “go to” fast food burger joint, but this location may have changed my mind!!!

We came through late, about 11:40pm and they were super awesome, they were cheery and friendly even though they were about to close and even gladly added another whopper to my order at the window! Thx guys you rock and deserve a raise!
