This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. It takes over 30 minutes to get through the drive through anytime we come and the staff is always uninterested in helping. I attempted to do an inside mobile order one time to see if it would be quicker, but it was another 30 minutes and the employees were dinking around. I wish there was a better Taco Bell closer to us!!!

This location is quite literally never fully staffed or stocked with beverages or ingredients. Every time my wife and I come here (we live out of town to it’s the closest one) we always wait for 30+ minutes before we get our food and we never get half of our order because they always seem to be out of everything. Not to mention the workers are extremely unprofessional. An example just tonight was us asking for a refund for the orange juices and Baja blast they apparently didn’t have for the fifth time in a row, only to be replied with a blunt “nope” and a “come on” after we said that’s all we are going to order, rather than a professional “I’ll see you at the window”. Poor service everytime without fail.

This specific store is so slow that it cost me over $50 in one night because I spent almost 2 hours waiting for door dash orders that I was never able to receive. This same night. A lady passed out in the lobby because they took far too long to make her food. She was feeling ill and went in to get some food to feel better. But passed out before she got her food.

After dozen of meals here, mostly drive up, at various times during 11am-1pm I am honestly hoping this location gets new owners soon.
Service is the main problem. Drive up is super slow (by any measure) and not very polite. Most interactions at the delivery window have been very unprofessional and lacking any sense of friendliness.
Food is Taco Bell, you don’t ask for much more than edible and filling. Generally it does fine on that score. However, I
have a 10-20% success rate of actually getting the type of hot sauce I requested, even though it clearly shows it on the order screen.
Seems to me that the staff and their customer service training is the real problem. Would love to see a new owner start fresh.

Came for a birthday party. Got my order wrong the first time and had to wait for another plate. Seems they just tried to hide the mistake without remaking. Extremely overpriced when compared to other restaurants in the area. I paid $25 for 1 enchilada, one taco, dry beans, rice, and a soda. Server was attentive, quick, and friendly.

Every. Single. Time. We come to this Taco Bell we never get what we ordered. We ordered 1 chalupa supreme, dorito taco, and a Crunchwrap but instead we got 5 chalupa supremes and 3 hard shell tacos and no Crunchwrap. Asked for them to take off the hot sauce on my quesadilla and again they never do and didn’t this time either, it also wasn’t cut all of the way through so when trying to tear away a piece it ripped through half of the quesadilla. Every time I think to come to this location I’m hoping it’ll be fine. Won’t be coming back anymore. The fiesta potatoes were also burnt

Currently waiting at the speaker. I’ve been here for 15 mins and had an employee tell me three times they will be right with me. Everytime I come here I wait 20 mins to give my order then another 10 mins to get my food. So while I was writing this, they finally took my order. While the cashier took my credit card he told the cook to not worry about the time and that the people in line can wait.

So I ain’t the one to complain but nah they did it this time. First off put in a mobile order and arrived 10 mins later and wasn’t ready which was no problem but pulled up to the window and sat there for 35 mins cool. The dude proceeds to come to the window and starts banging on it trying to speak Spanish thinking I was Mexican trying to poke fun at me (by the way I’m clearly black) then ask what do I want ♂️ after telling him about my order I had and was waiting for it took them another 20 mins to get the order out. Shit was mad disrespectful and ain’t never going back.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell location for the better part of 10 years. I remember what a wonderful job they have done over the years, but unfortunately that is apparently the past. It doesn’t matter what time I come or go. I’m there for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Not because of a lack of effort from their staff. But due to the simple fact that their system only cares about people that ordered through third parties in fact, it was relayed to me that they cannot even control what’s on their monitors. The company or current management must prioritize those folks so I will no longer be going there. I feel truly sorry for their staff. It must be terrible to know that everybody that comes to the drive-through who expects something remotely close to fast food and fast service you will be greatly disappointed, but not due to their effort but due to whoever currently is managing this location you are pathetic.

My brother went to go get food in this drive through and when he was checking his phone to decide which card he should use to pay, the guy at the window was being extremely disrespectful and rushing my brother to hurry up with his payment with no one behind him in line. If you ever go here expect your order to be incorrect and expect rude service except from the shift leads.
