I have been coming to Sonic a few times a month but today I ordered a Double Smash Burger and the patty came out super soft as if it had not been smashed. No big deal, I ate the burger even as the burger felt like “Thick Spit” consistency. However, now I have diarrhea and I won’t stop popping soft and I don’t think I will ever eat at this Sonic again. Just beware and check your burger throughly. Very disappointing that management does not supervise the production of their burgers.

Chili dogs had very little chili and both ends were left completely uncovered. Strawberry slushy had no real fruit in it. For now on I’ll save my time and money. I’ll stay on the interstate bypass this town all together.

Ordered a strawberry cream slushie and tater tots. I specifically asked them to please bring ketchup with the tots. The card reader at the spot I parked wasn’t working, so instead of coming to get payment, they waited til my order was done, She came to get my card and already had my food (I saw the slushie and bag that held the tots in her hand). Instead of leaving the food and coming back with my card, she took the food AND my card back inside, and after a few more minutes, came back with cold tots AND no ketchup and NO card. Had to ring the buzzer to ask for my ketchup and my card back. I have had to put a hold on my card now, as it was gone long enough, everyone could have written down the numbers.
To top it off, the cream slush HAD NO WHIPPED CREAM. This was my first and last visit to this Yuma Sonic.

Very flat soda and workers wouldn’t do anything about it even when the attention was brought to it. The worker ignored me at the drive thru for several minutes. The worker at the drive thru side eyed me when I brought up the issue and provided poor service to me throughout the whole interaction and the fries I ordered came out very greasy.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but it’s been several times that I have been frustrated with the APP, time it takes to receive food when ordering from APP and having to call them back because of forgotten items! Today the APP was not working at all so we didn’t get our free rewards and discounts. From a loyal sonic customer who would come a lot more but due to service and technical difficulties of the APP, I don’t! Please management fix your kiosks, your app and your service!

Went at night and they took forever. They also forgot one of my items so we had to wait extra time. It looks very dark. They could use extra lighting for that area especially towards the back. It was kinda creepy dark. The food is great

Had a mobile order and waited 15 minutes ! Within that 15 minutes the worker had given us three different orders . We explained what we had ordered 3 times and she told us “don’t get mad me okay .. my coworkers don’t know what there doing “” . And every order that was wrong she tried to get us to take it .

Talk about skimpy on orders… I paid almost $4 for this tiny amount of taters tots! I removed the 4 packs of ketchup they had tucked inside the container, which took up most of the room in it!!! What a fricking joke these guys are!!!
