Our family came here today to eat, and the experience was almost perfect. The food was delicious, and the shakes were so good, but they messed up our one order about 3 times. But other than that, everything was amazing!

Horrible service, went through Drive through & Jane the worker didn’t get my second burger added & when I mentioned it, she very coldly said “No there was only one. I read it back.”Jane, you did not read it back. If you can please listen when your customers are ordering. We clearly ordered two burgers & two people in the car heard. It was said before the last milkshake was ordered. So either selective hearing or they need to pay attention as employees. Had to go back around. Worst experience.

First time in. I was under the impression that when you ordered a shake for sit down it would come in the shake glass with extra in a cold metal cup (presumably the one it was made in). That was not the case. It came in a styrofoam cup that wasn’t filled all the way. And the quality of the shake wasn’t that good.. maybe they’ve just gone downhill, I’m not sure. The grilled cheese sandwich was good, the fries were off, I think the seasoning was weird, and they were too salty. The onion rings were average. All of the tables and seats were dirty, idk how often they clean them but it hadn’t been recent. Overall not too impressed and would recommend going elsewhere.

I don’t think an employee hardly uttered a word to us….We got our meals fairly quickly. Food tasted good, but no interaction due to kiosk ordering and they called name and ran away when food was ready. We ordered shakes after. After 10 minutes I wondered what the wait was, I proceeded to go up front and see them on the counter, sitting there ready to go, I also watched them sit another 5 minutes without getting picked up, or me getting acknowledged. Worst Steak and Shake experience to date.

As long as “Karen ” (older caucasian lady) changes attitude and way she takes orders. She needs to be reminded that it is not what one says it is how one says it. Otherwise, this place is spot on and at least other staff is friendly and understanding.

The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and you could tell the employees were working hard and moving quickly to keep up with orders. The food was good, but it did take quite a while to get my order. Fortunately, I wasn’t in a rush.

This time I ordered online, easy to use. My order was ready at the time specified, server was very pleasant and offered me ketchup without prompting.
They also waited to make my drink until I arrived.

I waited almost 10 minutes at the counter to order to go at 11:45am on a Friday. No one acknowledged me at all, even to say “we’ll be right with you.”
The kitchen was very busy, as the drive through had several cars. But only 2 tables were dine in, but a server was taking one order.
There were 2 other guys talking and rearranging sauces behind the counter.
I love Steak n Shake food, but I couldn’t find out if this location was on par.
