The food was delicious. We ordered tagliatelle bolognese and lasagne and we both loved it. We also had the chocolate brownie ice cream which was great. The service from the staff was good when they served us. What we didn’t like was that the area for guests to queue indoors was extremely small. This meant only a few people could wait indoors. There were many people waiting behind us who had to wait outside the restaurant in the cold. These were people who had made a reservation! What’s worse is that a staff member was berating them for holding the door open. Another area of disappointment was that we had to wait over 30 minutes for our dessert. We asked the waiters twice for an update. We were also very unhappy that we were asked to pay a service charge of over £4. Nowhere on their promotional material does it say you stick on a hefty service charge. I find this disrespectful to hard working customers to spring this extra charge on them right at the end hoping that they will not have the heart to cancel the service charge. We were going to give a tip of £2-3 before we found this. We were also really unhappy that the waiter took my phone away with him without even bothering to ask for my consent when I showed my 2 for 1 main meal discount. He took the phone away with him to note down the code on the payment system presumably. I was outraged as not once did he ask permission to take it away nor did he say where he was going with it. There could have been private and confidential messages coming through. Do the staff no longer have access to pens and paper? I was absolutely furious. Then to whack on a hefty and totally undeserved service fee was highly inappropriate. We almost certainly won’t be visiting again.

We had a really friendly male staff serving us. My mother enjoyed her pizza and my husband his chicken but my Gamberoni was tasteless looked nothing like the photo on the menu I was very disappointed. We were pleased to be able to use my husband’s blue light card getting us 25% off the whole bill.

Alin and Niko were absolutely wonderful servers.
We were welcomed really warmly, then offered the menu and asked if we would like to order a drink 1st.
I liked this as it was cold, and I was thirsty already!
Niko and Alin looked after us during, also took the plates , offered desserts and more drinks.
They were both wonderful waiters.

This is a lovely and cosy restaurant! It has spaces suitable for all party sizes too.
I went in feeling quite nervous, I’m not used to going to restaurants like this, but I had a very nice lady named Cara as my server, she made sure that I was comfortable and was so patient with me. It made the whole experience a million times better!
I ordered the Caprese salad, some still water, a make my own pasta, which had spaghetti, cheese sauce, a special type of sausage, cherry tomatoes and a garlic flavouring. I also had the brownie for dessert!
All were so tasty, from the texture to the perfect temperature. Each meal came very quickly as well! I was so surprised at how quickly my meals came, and all of such high quality too! I forgot to take proper pictures of all my meals, they were so yummy I dove in before I could remember to take a picture!
I really do recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to have a nice meal in a cozy and comfortable environment! The prices are very reasonable for what you get too, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future
With the cost I’m listing, please take into consideration that this is for a three course meal too! For one meal for a person and a drink it would probably range from £10-£30, depending on the drink you get of course

Cara gave us such a warm welcome, much appreciated on such a cold day. Led us to a warm seating area, talked us through the offers on the menu. Brought us water and quickly took our order (we were starving!). Very tasty food quickly arrived. She checked in on us, we chatted and laughed, which was so cheering. Brought our coffees. She brightened our day, it was so grey outside. The food and her service lifted our spirits.

Me and my mum came here today. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and they were friendly the whole time. The service was amazing they wearn’t long with the food. The food was amazing, especially the garlic bread and the spaghetti and meatballs were amazing. I can’t forget the cookie dough it was so good. The atmosphere was amazing so calm and quiet. I recommend coming here.
