Thru McDelivery, I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. Apparently that’s too complicated for them because I got nothing but a cup full of sugar water with a bit of tea in it. You can’t complain directly to the restaurant as they pass it off on the driver. How is it the drivers fault they can’t read a simple little order? They can’t even answer their phone. They’re thoroughly unprofessional.

Because no stars is not an option !! After purchasing breakfast and letting the crew know our situation of getting the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop. And with the understanding that it was ok to wait here until the vehicle was repaired. Our driver had driven until 3a and waiting in 28° weather for the wrecker service for an hr+ , 35 mi away with kids. To the point, our driver was talking a quick nap during the repair (fuel pump, about 3hr situation) . Employee, Barb , approached and told us that ” there is no napping as per company policy ” I don’t recall a customer company policy. So I can’t comment on whether or not customer company policy includes being able to bring in outside food like grocery purchased cinnamon rolls and raisin cinnamon cookies (I do believe that’s a health code violation, since it wasn’t prepared in the restaurants kitchen) and just ordering up to 10 coffees at one time and discussing ??____?? for 3+ hrs. Shout out to Lone Tree towing for getting to us in just over an hr 35 mi away, and Ken’s auto for getting us back on the road.

I went to McDonald’s and I ordered very clearly I spoke patiently and waited for my order to be understood I asked for my burgers “Plain” this lady really put one of my burgers plain and the other, let’s throw everything on it, I hope you’re staff can understand English properly.

Ordered a double cheeseburger no pickle or onion paid to change to a seeded bun. They always just seem to ignore it and every time I have to return to get it fixed. Seems they can’t follow a order when it happens 5 times or more.

I should’ve just kept it pushing when they asked me four times for my code. Just spent 12 something on the Grinch meal I got the big Mac bread is not toasted so much Mac sauce that the top button and the middle bun were mushy. Fries disgusting like always. Cold, salty , hard!

what is going on! first we got a 20 piece chicken nugget, it definitely did not taste right. we took them back and they gave us the same exact box with only 17 nuggets one of them that we tore open! one of the employees seen we weren’t happy and got us fresh ones and made sure they were fresh. Next we ordered a Frappe and it wasnt even made correctly! it was huge ice chunks, not a frappe style. not happy, state streets mcdonalds is better!

This has to be the best McDonald’s my family and I have EVER visited. Right when we enterd, we were greeted by one of the employees, I believe her name is Maria Cross. She frequently checked if we needed anything else after receiving our food and when she was not taking orders, she would be out in the dining room, making sure that everything was clean and presentable. Throughout the entire dining, I watched her greet others the same way we were greeted including calling them by their name. The service was fast and little wait time. I wanted to talk to the manager and let him know that he has an exceptional employee and a very good system. He also was very friendly, very communitive.

Dear McDonald’s Columbus NE,
I understand times are hard right now with the shortage of people that want to work and give a darn about their job if they do. That being said, If you are going to make me assemble my own big Mac it would have been nice to know before hand. I would have ordered an easier on the go sandwich.

Every single time I get food here they something wrong I got 2 double cheeseburgers and neither of them had the one thing that’s in the name! They didn’t have CHEESE! It’s so stupid and I have had multiple bad experiences with this McDonald’s in particular one time me and my sister had a small order and it took them 30-ish minutes while they were setting out 10 separate orders within two minutes and they have also every time I get my cheeseburgers they mess up what I get I ask for extra onion they put extra pickle I have asked for no mustard and they put an excessive amount of mustard so yea i suggest you don’t go here if you want McDonald’s go to the one on state street.
