We tried this place for ist time, and was great.
We ordered to go, and it was fast, also our order was correct.
Burgers are good, but hot dogs were great. We order a COWBOY, AND AMERICANA and they were delicious.
Also we order SCORCHIN HOT FRIES, and there were awesome!!

Placed an online order on a Monday evening and the pickup time was for 10 minutes later, so I headed there right away. I was asked if I was picking up or ordering when I arrived and gave them my name and let them know I was picking up. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order to come out. I ordered DOUBLE COLORADO SMASH®, bacon, regular Lettuce, Regular Grilled Green Chiles, Regular Tomatoes, Regular Mayo and some SMASH TOTS® Bacon Cheese for myself. I ordered CHEESY MAC kids meal, with an Oreo® Cookies & Cream Shake and Tots. This was our first time here, so we were looking forward to our meal. When we got home I set up our plates and got ready to eat. My burger was drenched in mayo, it was pretty gross. These burgers aren’t cheap, so I was REALLY disappointed. The tots weren’t hot (we literally live 4 minutes away, so the drive home wasn’t the issue). My daughter didn’t enjoy her Mac but did like her tots. The restaurant was clean but there was nothing that made me want to come back

Tried the smoked brisket bacon smash tonight and… meh
Not gonna lie, it was just ok. Definitely needed way more BBQ sauce — I ended up stealing the sauce from my kids’ chicken tenders like a savage
And to top it off, we waited 35 minutes for burgers. I know this one’s supposed to be one of their popular items, but it just did NOT hit tonight.
Better luck next time, I guess ♀️

The place was very clean and neat. The cashier greeted me as I came in. She was very pleasant and helped me with my orders. As far as the new items on the menu she explained it all. I was indecisive and what I wanted and she helped me out. I really like that good customer service her name is.Mont good job

Somebody sleeping in the dining area ! Service was bad, girl brought my burger only within 5 mins of ordering and the rest of order, fries and tenders not until 10 mins after … these spots no good when run by a certain demographic. Sorry but the truth! Cheese fries… cheese not melted.

Tech savvy…ordering is self service; however, despite being futuristic…I’m not a huge fan of the bagging. If ordering takeout, your food is 100% guaranteed to be cold by the time you get home! I tried the truffle mushroom burger and they definitely could have kept that one scoop of truffle. Overall…I would not recommend to-go ordering…but if you are planning on eating in…then I say at least try it once!

11.11-12.24 First time eating at Smashburgers Oak Lawn, IL. Went to celebrate Veteran’s Day with our own Military Hero & was happy to see many Veterans, military personnel at this restaurant celebrating too! Thank you Smashburgers for honoring our U.S. Military-our Heroes! Excellent customer service, delicious smashburgers, fries, teas, clean & nice ambiance. The burgers were cooked perfectly with nice crispy edges with juicy flavorful bites. The Smash sauce was yummy & fries crunchy & tasty. The roasted Brussels sprouts were charred nicley with great flavor. The variety of teas were fresh & sweet. The restaurant was well kept, clean & it was nice seeing USB & charging ports available at most tables. Kevin was highly professional, organized, kind & courteous! Our experience was so good we came back the next day with our daughter, she loved it too & we bought more burgers for our family at home. Thank you Smashburgers for an excellent & delicious experience! We will be back with even more family & friends!
