The Southwest skillet was so flavorful!! It was a hefty portion so I could only eat half of it. It came with a side of salsa and sour cream. I enjoyed every bite. My daughter had a veggie omelet with pancakes. She loved her omelet. The pancakes, not so much. They were just typical diner pancakes. Edible but nothing to brag about. Charles was our server. He excellent! He was so welcoming and made sure we had an enjoyable dining experience.

Ate here for the first time with my girlfriend the other night and I am surprised I had never heard of this place until now. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing. The atmosphere inside was like a very warm home kind of feeling , the waitress we had was quick and kind. Definitely will be eating here again soon. 10/10

Service is disgusting. Came in with my family only to be completely ignored by “nautica” & “missy”. Stood in the door way with my family while they both talked and didn’t bother to even greet us. Nautica finally grabbed menus and started walking away so we followed only for her to drop them at a table and leave. My family and I sat for 10 mins with zero service from any staff. We watched as Alma and nautica talked and accepted food from the cooks while happily saying things like “wow for me you shouldn’t have I love you”. Meanwhile my family and I couldn’t even get a smile. Host finally came by to grab our drinks and by that time we just wanted to leave. I’m absolutely disgusted by this staff and not surprised about why the restaurant was so slow. I’ve been served by Sonya several times in the past and had an entirely different experience. She was kind quick and genuinely happy to be doing her job. Sadly won’t be going back.

The place was a nice quiet place. Had never eaten here before. Everyone was very nice. Got seated right away. Waitresses were all very nice…very friendly. We got our menu…they had lots of yummy choices. I picked my favorite “Pork Chops” . Ordered our food and got it pretty quick. It all looked delicious and tasted so good. We beat the rush. There was a line to get in when we left. Thanks for a great breakfast. God Bless You All

DECADES of regular use favorites. FAMILY owned & operated. With very little price difference compared to fast food purchases allows for SUGAR MILL RESTAURANT to be a top go to place regardless of whom or what reason it’s so OFTEN chosen. Sr meal (60+) provides a greater value that includes what ever you might drink. Soda in actual large cups, YOU’LL have another back up cup without asking, this place is on time in every business way. I recommend their club sandwich, 106 people seating capacity, mostly booths. Hot summer days & this place is massive cool too. Never hardly ever will you wait to be seated LIKE waiting at Spencer’s restaurant always is! If I’m GOING to be in the “08Dale” area is SUGAR MILL for me especially when time management is important.

This place is a real hit or miss today we got totally ignored by 2 servers that were helping us i asked for water and a coffee well they never brought any coffee also I asked for a to go box and the lady forgot about us I literally had to walk up to the counter and ask for a to go box and I looked at the server and asked what did you forget about us and she replied yes I did…. not to mention the food we ordered was mostly potatoes like they ran out of food and just used potatoes to compensate for it
