These people need to be schooled in customer service. I went through the drive-thru the other evening, and failed to ensure that they gave back my credit card. They wouldn’t mail the card to me, and I was forced to drive 2 hours to go retrieve it. When asking if they could help me out with a gift card since it was their mistake ultimately, they replied that it was really my fault and blamed me for the incident. I acknowledge there was percentage of truth there, that I could have and should have thought to requested of them. However, there is also the reality that they failed miserably in their customer service by retaining legal property of their clients. They absolutely refused to give any kind of gift card or compensation for the major inconvenience. I would absolutely not recommend them. People who have this low a view of customer service need to be voted out of business, by clients like you taking your business elsewhere. This is a Customer beware restaurant.

I came into Wendy’s used the restroom. Came out they were busy I sat down the new GM came asking why I was hear. I said I was Tommy’s fiancee and asked what I needed I said I was waiting till it calmed down to order. Then she walked away and saying stuff to Thomas about me being here. When it finally calmed down I put a order in. She told Tommy to give me my order so I can leave. But it’s ok for her son to be here sitting but bc I am a adult it was a issue. I been coming to Wendy’s for years and never had a GM come up to me like that. She acted like it was a crime to sit down for a few minutes before ordering. All employees were amazing very nice and very fast. Except for GM. I would love to have Felline back in this location.

I tell you I’m a pretty easy-going guy with very realistic expectations most bad reviews are because of unrealistic expectations from the customer but I’m well aware that Wendy’s is Wendy’s and I know what I’m going to get when I get there and I don’t expect too much but I am really getting tired of this one location almost every single time telling me that they cannot add a chicken patty to a number one single or double I do it at stores Across America I’ve never had a problem I’ve been coming to this store for 4 months at least three times a week sometimes 4 or 5 times a week to get my lunch and they have always been friendly helpful and provide a good service but the last couple of days when I order my number one with a double and or a single meet they tell me that they cannot add a chicken and then when I tell them yes you can I get it all the time. The reply is but we’re not supposed to well then I’m not supposed to go to Wendy’s hello pretty simple I got money you want money I want food you make it my way you get my money I may give them another try but I think I’m done with this location…

Goy a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Both the sandwich and the fries were pretty good. I was surprised by the soda vending machine options and machine itself looked pretty cool. Tried HiC orange vanilla soda and it was delicious. Overall good service and clean place to sit and enjoy food with friends and family.

Second time in two weeks I stopped, and ended up leaving.
Extremely poor service. Attitude toward other patrons obviously showed they don’t care. Service at this Wendy’s has always been bad. But. It definitely has gotten worse.

Sign and website say open at 7a.m. 7:04a.m. lady opens and says “I forgot”. Place my order given cup for self serve-employee could have filled cup behind the counter as she could clearly see machine in dining room was being restocked. Whole experience felt very ghetto. Sticky cup ring on counter top at store opening. Not interested in coming back.

New year new GM please!! General manager is highly inappropriate the way she talks to her crew in front of customers as if they are dogs. Wearing long trench coat in kitchen which goes against violations not supposed to wear long sleeve in kitchen especially as a Manager and she knows this as well as a beat up grey wig with no hair net .

Walked into get order & customer service was so disrespectful & rude & nasty & not polite I’m not recommending anyone that I know at all to consider eating or going to this Wendy’s . Very dissatisfied . I will be forwarding this to management. No reason to be treat anyone that way that helps keeps the business going.
