How hard is it to make food ordered off the menu? I know it’s not difficult at all. How is it possible to get orders wrong almost every time we order food? Literally, almost every time. With the exception of Fries, everything we get here isn’t what we have ordered. Then in the case of breakfast, they can’t even replace the food ordered because it’s now past time for breakfast. So instead I’m offered a burger (which wouldn’t be what I would ordered even if I wanted one at 10:45am) I’m told all they can do instead of fixing it is offer me new ones..TOMORROW..or a refund. This place is AWFUL for any kind of ordered food. If it was a complex order I’d understand. If it was only this time, I’d not be happy but would understand. However this is the 6th time Ive ordered food and EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS NEVER WHAT I ORDER. It’s not complicated or special orders. 2 Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuits, that’s it. And BOTH were without egg. Then instead of heating up 2 egg patties, Im offered refund or must come back tomorrow!? Make this make sense. You offer egg on one of the burgers on the menu but can’t put them on BACON EGG AND CHEESE BISCUITS!? If it was super busy all the time I’d understand. We were the ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU AT 10AM, THEN IM TOLD I MUST WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW TO GET THE VERY THING I ORDERED TODAY!! It is like this EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Order a Bacon Cheeseburger, recieve a regular burger. Order a wrap, get no meat in it. Order a bag of burgers or biscuits, get shorted 2. Order a burger without veggies, get extra veggies. I’m not exaggerating, these are multiple actual orders I have placed and that’s not all. There are many more, ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN WRONG! In fact, since I CAN’T go back and get a refund most times since I can’t waste the time away from work or gas money to drive to a place twice to get food. I actually went to homeland on the way home to get EGGS so my food order was actually what I ordered. Went home and made the eggs myself ONLY because it was my day off and I was refused 2 egg patties. This is unacceptable and the ONLY saving grace of this place is the milk. And that is barely worth dealing with the attitudes of the workers. Guess what’s worse than working fast food guys? ORDERING FOOD FROM SOMEWHERE AND NEVER GETTING WHAT YOU ORDER!!

I stopped at the Braum’s on Danforth in Edmond, and the customer service here was truly exceptional. I’ve always had great experiences at Braum’s, but this location stands out.
The whole team looked genuinely happy to be there — smiling, helping, greeting everyone who walked in. You could feel the difference. The manager on duty made eye contact, asked how my day was, and carried herself like someone who truly cares about both her customers and her employees. And it showed — the staff was upbeat, confident, and going above and beyond for every person in line.
The energy in this store was warm, welcoming, and rare. When a team is treated well, it shines through, and this Braum’s shines bright.

This location is always busy, and despite it being a fast-food joint, these workers work hard! The dining area can sometimes be messy (due to their patrons and always-busy location), but as soon as time allows they get right to it cleaning up.
My daughter and I go often for ice cream and homework so we stay for quite awhile and see all the things!

always good and tasty but not allergy friendly!!! me and my sister have both previously gotten milkshakes here that have had (small) nuts in them. idk if they had something else in the ice cream machine before it but they definitely are not doing enough to prevent cross contamination.

Pretty stereotypical Bruam’s greatness. Clean store, fast service, good food. They sometimes forget nuanced orders though, like extra Braum’s sauce, or double jalapenos on my burger. But, they can fix that. Like I always say, even the worst Braum’s is still Braum’s – it’s basically always great.

Normally they do a good job here. Today, not so much. Our drive thru experience consisted of a wrong order (no problem) and in the process dropped an entire ice cream against our car. In addition handed us sloppy overfilled cups leaking ice cream everywhere. Not even an apology.

Danforth in Edmond? Edmond road and Santa Fe? What is going on there? After going to the location that had no cooks at Edmond road and Santa Fe. I drove out of my way and ordered 2 breakfast bagels at Danforth. Simple enough? No response or greeting from the tenant “Jordan” at the window, maybe the manager?, just a total was replied, gave payment then immediately was told rudely to pull forward. While I waited for nearly 15 minutes, making me late for work at this point after driving across town, I pulled back around after noticing 5 others getting there food and coffee. As I pulled up and around on an empty drive thru to the window a second time, I saw him go into the office as I honked. Then he came back with my order and said demeaning “have a nice day”. When arriving to work, I opened my bagel, I saw a piece of clear plastic on my sandwich? Not trusting the other sandwich from being contaminated with spit or whatever else, I literally did not eat either one. These people are making people sick without regard of health safety and looks to me to be PURPOSEFULLY. I literally wanted to force him to eat it himself, which I could have. But when going back and confronting him, he simply played like hmmm no problem. It’s not about the money I spent, I mean wasted. That hour of work I missed cost me more than you make all day. It’s the principle of serving food that you would and could eat yourself! Maybe it was just not liking white men with long hair baldy boy! Get your cooks and staff straightened out in order to be able to serve safe edible food without contempt or racism towards others while trying to poison or choke them.
