This McDonald’s is very convenient, sitting basically on the corner of Bell road and Nolensville road, in Lowe’s parking lot. My granddaughters love this location best. The food is really good and fast. I think this McDonalds consistently has the best trained and friendliest staff. I’m never disappointed with our service or our order. I highly recommend this McDonald’s ❤️

Food is fine normally. Hot. But not today.
Poor service on 3/09/26
Took 11 minutes from when I ordered untill I got my food.
Had to go inside to get my order because they were waiting to bring out multiple orders instead of bringing me my food when Hot & ready to be served.
6 people got their orders after I ordered.
Employees were not sympathetic or apologetic. Report has been made to corporate. I have been a loyal customer. Not happy.

My last time I knew when you ordered a Big Mac they gave you two hamburger patties. I’ve taken 2 bites out of my burger. Got home opened my box to finish it. And found after investigating that I only had 1. And never knew after all this time it’s just a bottom in between the sandwich.

Make sure to check your orders several times they have given me food that’s incomplete I took a bite out of my Hot and spicy McChicken and it was literally just the bread and chicken. And the chicken was very old I believe. Where’s the mayo and lettuce McDonald’s??

it is always so hot inside. staff is very rude. the wait is forever long. they prioritize the drive thru above anyone inside. any sort of blended ice cream is hardly blended. a strawberry milshake should be dark pink all the way through. this place makes them mostly just vanilla ice cream with a ribbon of strawberry syrup.
the oreo mcflurry is LITERALLY a cup of ice cream with crumbles of oreo on the top. not mixed into it at all. and i have tried multiple times over the last 10 years. they always always always get it wrong. and they do not care at all

I LOVE coming to this location in the mornings. The ladies that work there between 7am-9am are the best. Always so nice, fast and genuinely hard working. Also very professional. The food items are always hot and my order is correct. Thank you!

Walk in and no one at front register so use the self order kiosk. Cashless payment not working. Says take receipt to cashier but doesn’t print receipt. Wait 5 min for someone to appear at front register and pay. Wait 10 more min after that for food so ticket time was 20 min on a slow Friday night. Surely they got it right and it is fresh since it took so long… Kids meals had sauces messed up so had to go back and try to flag down a worker – the workers don’t want to make eye contact so they don’t have to help you. Sit back down and start to eat and they didn’t give us any of the kid drinks. Finally get the 3 chocolate milks. My burger was a burnt dry disk – shocked how dry it was – meat falling apart it was so dry. 4 star for atmosphere because there is an indoor playground with a lil girls bday going on which is wholesome.

Ugh horrible customer service, workers not nice at all, seems like they don’t want to talk to you. I paid $4 each for a medium mango pineapple smoothie, and this is what they gave me. Cups are not full. This is not the first time they gave us a drink like that. I would never come back to this location for sure.
