My wife and I were visting from out of town. We came into a warm greeting. We were serviced by “Money Matt” and Paige. They were very friendly and helpful. They showed us the meaning of great Customer Service. We will definitely visit again, Probably before we head home.

My recent visit to Chipotle was a fantastic experience, largely due to the exceptional food and service. The menu offered a variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and my burrito was bursting with vibrant flavors—perfectly seasoned rice, tender grilled chicken, and crisp veggies. The food was prepared remarkably fast, even during a busy lunch rush, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient, ensuring every customer felt welcomed and valued. However, the restaurant’s cleanliness could use a slight improvement; the tables and floors had some minor debris that detracted from the otherwise spotless vibe. Overall, the delicious food, quick service, and warm hospitality made it a great visit, and I’ll definitely be back—just hoping for a tidier dining area next time!

As a former employee of the rehoboth & salisbury locations I was beyond disappointed with the service of the Dover location by the casino. I ordered two bowls online and specifically asked for my cheese and queso to go on the side as well as wet sauces as these bowls were for lunch. Upon arriving I was told no items can go on the side unless I pay the price of a side which is almost $2 I explained my bowl was paid for I just don’t want it all together since I wasn’t eating them right away. The young lady got smart and said she knew how to do her job I can’t do it like such. I began recording the conversation an requested a manager. The manger agreed to let me get both cheeses on the side. I then asked for a side of hot sauce and side of veggies I was charged for both items I then asked for a second empty bowl so I could split food between the children I was charged the price of a side for that as well. I asked the manger if it was true or false that the cold side of the line could get extras with no charge she said untrue everything has a charge as well as a cup for ice. Chipotle was my favor place to eat this location has made me look for business elsewhere even the location in Camden acts better they definitely speak to customers with more respect.

Whoever trained/taught these workers to think that this shit is okay needs to be retrained themselves! Very sad, people coming in to spend their HARD EARNED money that also pay you guys and in return get horrible customer service! Just sad. Workers rude, rushing, and then on top of that still getting the order wrong. Please retrain every single last one of the workers at this location. Do better! Smh.

Another location falls to ridiculous skimping. I stopped going to the Camden location and started coming up to Dover to get my burrito fix, because Camden kept doing this. And because I have waited a while both times this week to receive my order, I’ve watched them make normal-sized burritos for everybody in line before receiving Mike to go order and realizing once I’m out at the car that I’ve gotten something half sized. That’s intentional, and treating your customers differently based on how likely/able they are to complain is awful. I thought corporate cracked down on this nonsense? I paid 11.80 for this?
Hilariously, pepper the chat bot no longer even offers a free drink. It’s just sorry about your luck and we’ll talk to the leadership team.

I cannot eat a single bite of extremely spicy food without puking my guts up. The girl on the assembly line at 4:30 on 12/31/25 put HOT salsa on my burrito bowl and then scooped it out. She couldn’t understand that I CANNOT EAT THAT PARTICULAR SALSA AT ALL WITHOUT GETTING SICK! Needless to say, I will stick with my usual location because this location could kill someone.

Worst customer service ever!! First, ordered a bowl with white rice, brown rice chicken and cheese for my fiancé. I ordered a bowl with extra white rice and some toppings. Our bowls were $9.10 each. He goes in to grab our bowls. I check them to make sure our order is right (as we have left many times with toppings we did not order). His bowl comes out with barely anything on it (as shown in image 1). I go back inside 2 minutes later with my receipt and his bowl. I told the lady (very nicely as I am not one for confrontation) that there is not a lot of rice and since I paid $9 I would like more. The lady I was not talking to rolled her eyes and tells the lady I am speaking to that she needs to give me a side of rice (as shown in picture 2). I told her I got half and Half brown and white so I would like brown too. The lady (that I was not speaking to again) said she did not see the problem with my bowl and tries to charge me as “double rice is more”. However, as I stated above, both of our bowls were $9.10 and I got extra rice which did not cost. All I’m saying is I know if it was their bowl that costs over $9 they would want it full.
