We came last Sunday for party of four. They were busy with locals and after church crowd. Feel they did a great job! We ordered at the counter and then they call your name for pick up. Our food for four was hot, fresh and good. Would definitely visit this location again.

Pretty fast food. Received it in less than 10 minutes. Thought the food was going to be homemade, but unfortunately tasted like canned. My husband said the BBQ was “ok” but not to anticipation.
I’d asked if the collard greens or pintos had ham in them, since I’m a vegetarian, and they didn’t. That was nice.
Decent pricing though. Both of us ate for under $15.

I have been eating here my entire life but lately it is not fit to eat. I used to love their breakfast but it is not the same. The past two mornings the grits were dry and lumpy. I guess they heat the breakfast in the styrofoam plate due to the way the styrofoam plate looks. I always looked forward to my breakfast from there but now that is not the case anymore. Stop heating food up in styrofoam- that leaches chemicals into the food. The drive thru employees taking the orders do not listen and the orders are rarely correct. I am sadly disappointed because I always looked forward to eating from there.

Horrible food!!! Collards were canned. We got hamburger steak that was extremely gross. Chicken tenders are HUGE taste was okay. Be prepared to enjoy one thing on your plate

It advertised as having hickory smoked pork. It was nothing more than pulled pork with with bottled barbecue sauce poured over the top. Maybe they made it themselves but the meat was not smoked that we could tell. One of the sides that we got was miniature corn dogs and they tasted freezer burned. My husband had chili cheese fries and the chili was sweet. Now maybe some people like that but we didn’t. And it was highly overpriced for what you got. We ended up spending over $30 there are so many other places in Mount airy to eat. Don’t let the name draw you in.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is the most disgusting plate of food. The ground stuff is supposed to be ground steak and looks like canned dog food. The other plate is a hamburger steak. No seasoning, no gravy. The Mac n cheese.. Well just don’t. We threw this all away and went to Wendy’s! Skip this place.

This place was really good. It was our first time ever trying this and if we ever make it back this way or close to one we will definitely give them another try. Food taste fresh and was as good as you could ask for. So if you ever happen to pass through
Mount Airy’s NC —A.K.A— (Mayberry) I would highly recommend giving them a chance you should be pleased. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was really clean they have plenty of parking and room inside also. A simple down to earth type of place like its just good old fashion bbq and family atmosphere.
