It’s apparent the people up here hate their job. Today I placed an online order and someone went and picked it up, by the time he got back with the food there was no fries when we checked. He called up there to tell them and they said there was fries in the bag. Like we gonna just make it up that there is no fries. We drive all the way back and get in the drive thru and the lady wanted to say come inside to get the fries. I said no our food is getting cold and y’all left the fries out. They insinuated that they put fries in the bag again… when they did not. Absolutely unprofessional and rude, maybe need to lay off whatever u smoking since u believe so bad you put fries in the bag when you didn’t. We finally got the fries and I didn’t even wanna say nothing about them putting barely any in there or even ask for extra condiments because it would have been the end of the world. They will hold up the line and folks time with their ignorant attitudes. On top of that we ordered thighs and legs and got the complete opposite, they are out of barbecue sauce and acts like the hot sauce and honey is taken out of their pay. Please go find a new job or somewhere else that makes you happy. The experience was aweful when we just wanted our food and go on about our day, we didn’t ask for an argument. Nor did we tell you to choose this job. Their name tag should have just said “I love to argue”.

I’ve ordered the same thing (sandwich, fries, drink) three times in a row and paid a different amount each time. They make an excellent sandwich. Skip the fries and get a different side (dirty rice or red beans). Service is questionable at best. I know what to expect when I go… and it’s never Chickfila level service and attention to detail… but a dang good sandwich.

Put in an order online and paid for order. Upon arrival was told by Sara my food wasn’t paid for even though I had a receipt stating it was paid for and the bank charge to prove it. Tried to say they canceled our order. Order was not canceled. Staff was extremely argumentative and did not attempt to look any further. Turns out there were 2 orders with the same first name. They tried to make us pay for someone else’s food. Instead of arguing they should of tried to resolve this matter and should of actually slowed down to look at the order number. Absolutely horrible service. Food was cold due to this encounter as well. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The inside was filthy. Every table I saw wasn’t clean, and one of them was covered in trash. There were dirty boots and opened boxes. There were only two men in front of us in line, and despite that it took, and I’m not exaggerating, over 20 minutes between when we first stood in line and when we actually got our food. All we ordered were two chicken sandwich meals. Our fry containers were half filled; again, that no exaggeration. When they tried to hand me to the tray I pointed this out to them and they complained to me “We don’t fill the fry containers all the way up.”
Also, here’s a little tip… In the state of Georgia, if a fast food restaurant’s grade isn’t a perfect 100 or at least very close (~97+) then it’s probably disgustingly filthy in the back where you can’t see. This place had an 84, which means you should run for your life! Considering how disgusting they left the inside, I can’t imagine how repulsive the areas in the back are that customer’s can’t see.

Don’t go here. The manager should be fired. The place is dirty. There are no napkins, condiments, lids for drinks, or straws out. There appears to be a table setup for some kind of personal space with OJ and person effects. The garbage is overflowing. On top of it the food was not good. Fries have been sitting around and the wings were greasy and mostly breading.
I’m not sure what’s going on here but this is terrible. Picture will be attached. Obviously no leadership and management at this location.

waited at the window for 5 minutes while watching the kitchen staff stand there on their phones. was then told i’d have to wait another 12 minutes for what i ordered after being told they already had it available. i then waited another additional 20 minutes for my food instead of 12 minutes. cashier was very nice and apologetic and you could tell she felt bad it was happening.

Every time I go here they NEVER get the order right and if you say anything the staff is rude. Every car that went through the drive thru had to pull over and wait on their order. Then when I finally got home with the food I waited for then had to get corrected they literally gave me raw chicken at the very bottom of the box which contaminated our whole meal. I am sure the rude lady that got mad because I wanted them to fix my order did this just to be petty. We will NEVER go there again. They tried to kill my family with raw chicken and I have a special needs child they could have killed with their petty attack‼️ Worst Popeyes ever‼️

I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Food is always fresh and delicious. Restaurant stays clean, the lobby and the restrooms. Dine in experience is great and the drive through is usually pretty fast. Dinner and lunch is awesome. Highly recommend this place to anyone for there great service and fresh food. The management here is on point. I also recommend you try there ghost pepper chicken sandwich, one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches you can get.

The drive thru was quick but the food sucked. It was one of the nastiest tasting foods I’ve had. The mash potatoes was good but the chicken was skimpy, burnt and old. I would recommend finding a better place.
