Great hospitality , careful attention was directed to the consumer in the drive through per standard fashion. A tall order of two sharmrock shakes – small in proportion to be placed in a medium cold drink cup with the dome shaped lids. The fluids were filled in their entirety.

The McDonald’s in Lee, MA was surprisingly unpleasant. The entire place felt dirty and unkempt, and the food was below par—even by fast food standards. For a chain known for consistency, this location really missed the mark. Would not return.

Not a review for McDonald’s but for Becky. She gets 5 stars! It’s unfortunate that McDonald’s makes it difficult to provide feedback for locations or employees on their website. If they did I’d say what a polite and helpful person she is. Ordered a soda at the drive through and she saw it was too watery. Gave us a few options for another soda instead. It’s nice to see someone who takes care in her job as she does. She saved what could have been a usual bad drive through experience at a McDonald’s.

Walked in and was surprised at how dirty the place was! Food and trash on the tables, spills and trash on the floor, trash can overflowing. Ordered at kiosk, there were no placards with numbers, but our order had a number printed on it. They didn’t prepare our Fanta frozen drink, and when I pointed this out, they said they only had one flavor (which was the flavor I ordered). Was there for 45 minutes, store was not busy but employees never made an attempt at cleaning. Very disappointing!

An embarrassment to food service and a disgrace to the Berkshires.
There are very few quick options for grabbing a bite throughout the Berkshires and this locations being right off the pike should be a model of quality and efficiency.
Instead it’s barely functional. Wait times in excess of 15 minutes are not unheard of. Orders are more often wrong than right, and you’re not even waiting for fresh food in most cases, but cold hard food that’s going right in the trash.
Skip this location at all costs. Until it’s under new ownership and the entire staff is replaced it should be avoided at all costs.

This is the worst McDonald’s location I have absolutely ever been to in my entire life
They mess up your orders nine out of 10 times
They always have weird people working in the back dancing and doing weird shit
The last two times we were here while I’m writing this the time before this we waited 45 minutes for our food and we had to go in four times to remind them… This time we have been sitting here for 30 minutes and still have not got our food

Slowest fast food I have ever had. It took 35 minutes to order and get our food for it to ultimately be wrong. While waiting there were several other costumers who also complained their food was wrong

Right off Exit 2 on I-90 in Lee Massachusetts. Small location with easy highway access with an adjoining gas station, so everything you need! This place is freshly remodeled and COVID-safe with no seating options inside but a few tables outside. Single lane drive thru. Very clean including the bathroom. Friendly and fast. Also uas designated Online Pickup parking slots.

Doing a drive-through Lee, around 11:30 am. we wanted something quick to eat so we pulled into this McDonald’s.
Went to the drive up window waited for somebody to respond, yelled hello hello hello . Nobody responded. Went by two both drive up windows,
No one in sight. Pulled out of there went down further to see if there was another fast food restaurant there was nothing in sight so we figured OK. Turn around go back to McDonald’s this time park the car went into the restaurant waited for service everybody that was getting service the app so they got served first before the customers coming in off the street this is totally wrong. Waited a little longer. A person said oh be with you in a minute and then another person went over to them and said oh you have to give this one you have to serve this one talking about another customer. We turned around and walked out the last time I went to a McDonald’s in Springfield Massachusetts. It was so expensive. I swore I’d never go back, but we needed something to eat the only reason why we went back there now I swear on this website, my husband and I will never step foot in another McDonald’s fast food companies that make your meal smaller and smaller are getting out of control. Service sucks
