Atrocious. Waited in line for 45 minutes during which an employee screamed at a manager then walked out and presumably quit a few minutes later. Employees frequently stop to chat instead of help customers and when asking for more ketchup will give 2 or 3 packets. I just reached over the counter and took my own. $35(!!!) for 2 people! Soda machines barely work and neither one has any ice. McDonalds corporate should be ashamed and clean house because this location is clearly not managed well.

I was on my way back from Albany and decided to pop in for a quick bite. The place is always crowded and perfect for travelers. The workers were very friendly and courteous. There’s enough room to park your car. This branch of McDonald is very close to the road and can be easily noticed noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic

Customer service is the lowest. The cashiers here do not listen and just put what they think they heard. The cashier lied to my kids and said there’s an extra charge for the sauce but turns out she was just too lazy to walk three steps and grab some. When my son came and asked her again for ketchup she said “get it over there” and laughed with another coworker at my son. I spent $70 here for 6 meals- expected as this location is off the pike. The burger and fish filet had some dried hard parts to it. The bread was soggy on one side. The worst location I’ve visited.

Specifically asked for no ice in my large diet coke and they FILLED it up with ice, like extra ice, maliciously. Be sure to test your food after you get it to make sure it’s what you ordered. The lady is mean!

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Four minutes at the drive through speaker before someone came on to take my order (there was 1 car ahead of me at the pick up window. I ordered a large fry and cup of water (for the dogs) at the drive through. After 8 minutes, I had to order again at the window because they didn’t know what I ordered. There were lines of fries sitting at the fryer, but we had to continue waiting for a new batch to be made. Employees wander at a snail’s pace and stopped to chat with one another; definitely no interest in helping customers. The icing on the cake was being told “sorry, we’re busy” after they handed me a second bag with the correct order. They weren’t busy, they were SLOW.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The store is 25927 on our receipt and I hope it is this one. Was in the Lee Plaza of the Mass Tnpk. We ordered a QP w/ cheese (pictured below with a couple of bites I took from it), 10 piece mcnuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich. WELL the QP was 1/2 of a big mac! saw the size of the patty and immediately saw it was too small. Once I flipped the burger over, I saw the middle part of the big mac bun as the bottom. The crispy chicken sandwich didn’t have tomato or lettuce on it AND the mcnuggets looked really small compared to normal size ones. THIS was ridiculous. I would hope someone would check on this store to see why they are underselling merchandise and charging full price! Shameful!

Clean McDonald’s the only problem that I had was the person who is the manager that also taking the orders had an attitude. He is not seem customer friendly at all. Bad for McDonald’s. I’ve come here many times and I’ve never had this problem. see you must’ve got a new manager.
