I’m very disappointed with my experience this morning. I was on my way to work and waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to place my order. I ordered an Egg White Grill, which I paid for, but it was missing from the bag when I arrived at work.
This completely ruined my schedule because I didn’t have time to drive back. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, especially since I trusted the service and paid full price.
Please improve order accuracy. Customers should receive what they pay for, especially during morning rush hours.

Love CFA and this is a great location. Fast, fresh, friendly, and accurate! Love the Cobb salad and Market Salad, and of course sandwiches and fries and sauce. Great tea and lemonade!

Visited this location for breakfast. Ordered two scramble bowls, spicy chicken and no meat. We were asked at the window to pull into a parking spot where we waited about 15 min. Once I got my food one bowl had no cheese in it and the other bowl had 4 tots thrown on top. Our food was also room temperature. When talking to the manager she offered two free bowls on the app after I asked for a full refund and that I would bring the food back.

For the last 2 months..service is not the same..several times my drink is wrong..when you order unsweet tea, extra ice and a lemon, but either get sweet tea, no lemon or tea with NO ice at all, or unsweet no lemon….what is so difficult with this..when I tell them, they act like they don’t really care.

Sienna is an absolute DOLL ❤️ We had the sweetest experience! She went above and beyond for my two kids and it absolutely made their day. Not only were the milkshakes delicious, but the kindness and thoughtfulness shown really stood out. We absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! Several things like service, structure and teamwork, cleanliness, fresh food, and employees. It’s all amazing. We love all the employees but there’s one employee stands out the most here and that’s Darnell. He is the sweetest young man who is so dedicated, hard working, loyal and a joy to chat it up with about baseball and food he cooks at home. I absolutely love coming here and seeing him. Not too many young adults stay in a place and becoming the face of a company like Darnell has. He deserves a raise and recognition for all his hard work and dedication for not only the restaurant but for also us customers who come here. We love ya Darnell! Keep up the great work! We are so proud of you and absolutely blessed to know you.

I ordered a cobb salad at this location and it was missing the chicken nuggets, I returned to the restaurant and they added the chicken. I get home and notice the salad is brown and wilted. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. Definitely won’t be back.

I was just there and I ordered Carry out. I was standing in the carry out line and completely ignored for 10 minutes. Another customer came up for a refill and they assisted him but still ignored me. A DoorDasher came behind me to pick up an order and the worker (that saw me there already) completely ignored me and started talking to the dasher until I spoke up and said I was there first. I am a customer just like everybody else but I guess I was invisible. NOT.
