Lunch is an amazing deal at $22, dinner is $32, and adding hot pot is $36 — 100% worth it for the quality and variety.
You honestly can’t beat it — all your Asian favorites in one place. Hot pot, KBBQ-style meats, sushi… the hype is REAL. It’s no wonder celebrities love to eat here.
Huge shoutout to Mag and Vincent for the amazing service — so welcoming and attentive. And yes, they grilled your meat for you here. Loved their delicious cocktails and the warm, welcoming ambiance.
If you’re a foodie who loves bold flavors, great vibes, and unlimited options, this spot is a must
The AYCE Korean BBQ + Hot Pot combo is stupidly good. Meats are sliced paper-thin and marbled like they belong in a culinary museum. The selection is massive: shrimp, squid, fish balls, six kinds of mushrooms, great veggies, ramen, udon, rice cakes, potatoes … even my picky daughter found ten things she loved.
Pro tips we learned the hard way:
• Cook meat solo on high in the broth 2–3 min before adding ramen/veggies.
• Sauce bar is dangerous; start tiny or you’ll invent something regrettable (but hey, it’s AYCE, so round two fixes everything).
Appetizer bar: wings and onion rings rock; everything else is meh (the french fries are genuinely terrible). Coconut soup looked amazing but no bowls available – still sad about that.
Drinks shine – my Maplewood Old Fashioned was perfect, eldest daughter’s Butterscotch Martini vanished in seconds. Solid Korean beer lineup (Hite, Cass, Terra).
Service was outstanding. Dan kept grills swapped, broth topped, glasses filled, and patiently explained everything – easily the best server we’ve had in the Cumberland/Battery area in recent memory.
Downsides: no takeout (cooking happens at the table) and the bill climbs with premium meats + cocktails. Still strong value compared to typical Korean BBQ spots.
Holiday decor is adorable (teddy bear in the logo, Santa-hat tree, twinkly lights), place is spotless, vibe is fun. For a fast-growing chain, this location is dialed in. Management and the business model are impressive – this brand has a bright future.
Perfect for families, dates, or anyone who likes playing with sizzling meat and experimenting with food. We’re already planning round two. And three. And four …
Gabriel, our server, made the entire night exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and always checked in at the perfect times to make sure everything was going smoothly. What truly stood out was that he was able to speak to us in Spanish, which made our experience so much easier and more comfortable for my grandparents, who do not speak very good English. Because of him, they were able to fully understand the menu, ask questions, and enjoy the experience without feeling confused or left out. His professionalism, patience, and kindness really made a difference.
I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be coming back.
Gabriel gave us truly great service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was perfect without us even having to ask. He checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. His professionalism and kindness really made the experience special. We’ll definitely be back because of him!
