I have come to this Chick-fil-A twice in the last month. Both times, I was greeted by David in the drive-through. Dude was super patient with me and the 3 teenagers in my car; he even laughed at my corny jokes ….. Thanks for a positive experience in a negative world

I’ve been ordering Chick Fil A on a semi regular basis for the past few years, and recently I noticed that the chicken at this location is terribly greasy. The past few orders I’ve gotten have been so greasy that I could squeeze the chicken a little bit and oil would literally drip out of it (not juice from the meat, but oily grease from the breading).
Today, I tried switching to the chicken tenders vs. nuggets to see if maybe it was just the nuggets, but the tenders were just as bad.
Everyone is always nice there and the fries and other items are great as always, but the chicken has become pretty disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this Chick Fila for a long time and I have never had the pleasure of meeting Caleb. He is hands down the most friendly person I have ever encountered. He was outside in the drive thru lane and he was fantastic. I hope to see Caleb for all my future stops at this restaurant.

Out of all the locations this one is by far the worst one and unfortunately I have given them many chances since they are closes to my job. Service is always so so so slow. The order ahead is pointless because their driveway is not set up for that. The food is never as good as other locations. Would not recommended this particular location.

So… There I was… evening rush hour traffic and I just put a TON OF MONEY INTO THE GAS TANK… When suddenly… I saw a sign that meant a Good Quality Dinner… at a Friendly Low Price… It was the first Heatwave of Summer 2022… so something Cool & Light would be PERFECT… So I stopped in for the first time ever. I did not know what to order… so the Nice guy behind the counter suggest this Light & Fresh Chicken Fruit Salad… AND HE WAS RIGHT… I did not have my camera so I used my cellphone… I used a different camera… but you may be able to… “STOMACH THESE PICTURES”…. (get it… stomach… get…… uh…. I’ll just show myself out… )

I used to love Chick-fil-A, been going to the South LaGrange location in the Orland Park, always kept up good standards. So I’m disappointed to get such a poor service at the Batavia Geneva Chick-fil-A. I got the Chick-fil-A chicken meal and was disapointed to get a plain sandwich with chicken and one thin slice of pickle, nothing else. Potatoes fries were also of poor grainy quality.

We moved here from Texas and were very happy to see a Chick-fil-A. We love the chicken minis for breakfast – but not from this location.
I don’t know if they’ve decided to not put the honey on them as a cost saving measure, or whether they just don’t know that they’re supposed to, or whether they’re doing it wrong, but we have never gotten an order of chicken minis here that have had the honey butter spread on top of the rolls. Fool me once (or maybe 5 times now) shame on me.
I did try talking to the manager this morning before I left this review, who told me that the honey butter just sinks in and that’s why there’s none on top. Nope. Try again. There is not a trace of sweetness in the roll.
We will not be back for breakfast.
