Honestly, this was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food took forever to be ready, and when it finally came out, it was almost burnt and already cold. The fries were dark, soggy, and barely warm. My boyfriend’s order was badly wrapped and just thrown together.
After checking the reviews, I saw a lot of people had the same experience — slow service, cold food, and poor quality.
It’s really disappointing because I usually love McDonald’s, but this location seriously needs improvement.

Came thru around 3:30 AM! I travel a lot with work and honestly you never know what you’ll get when you stop at places. Let me tell you about this stop! Lady working drive thru was polite and kept me informed as to my wait. They were cooking fries fresh for me which was fantastic and I don’t mind waiting for fresh! The food tasted great so obviously the cook takes pride in it! Everything was great and I truly appreciate it! It really didn’t take them too long and I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh food than be given stale and cold food! Whoever was working just now when I came they rocks!! Thank you!

2/28 10:30pm. Absolutely the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been thru. They put 4 vehicles in the reserved parking. Just to bring all our orders out at once. Everything was cold. And I shouldn’t have to go back thru the line to have then remake my mcnuggets and fries. It was a very simple order

The employees here are very kind and friendly, that being said, 15 minutes to wait for an order is ridiculous. There were only 2 orders ahead of mine. It’s supposed to be fast food, not spend a quarter hour waiting food.

I know it’s fast food, but we should be able to have SOME requests. I asked for ” well done, no meat, well toasted” for my Egg McMuffin. Ordered two regular for my husband, well done for mine. So HIS 2 Egg McMuffins were well done, well toasted. Mine was doughy, barely toasted and the egg yolk wasn’t fully hard cooked. Really?

Drive through is no longer drive through. If you choose drive through pickup, regardless of your order status, they send you to waiting parking spot 1-4. Food was warm but condiments were poor and wrong.

Reasonable food, fast service, and clean. Not a lot of parking in front of the store, and terrible customer service.
A friend and I individually placed mobile orders. My order came out within a few minutes with no issues, my friend’s didn’t. When she went to check at the counter the staff member she spoke with was rude and said her order couldn’t be made before walking off. She waited at the counter to speak with another staff member and eventually spoke with a manager that told belittled her and told there was nothing the store could do and to cancel her order on the app. When she showed the manager that she wasn’t able to cancel on the app the manager just stated that workers weren’t trained on the app and walked away. The store management seemed poorly trained and would rather ignore customers rather than than honor orders placed by customers.

I eat McDonalds everyday. I had such high hopes for this location. The atmosphere was amazing because I felt like I was in an airport. You hear an announcer for the showers (it’s a truck stop), there are other options for food, there is even a little shopping center! The service has a lot of young nerdy kids but they do their job well and they seem very nice. Sadly I have to give the food a bad rating because the oil must be changed for the fries and the sandwich was put together not very neatly. All the food was warm. However a plus is they don’t charge to add mayonnaise and shredded lettuce to your sandwich. It was enjoyable, but you’re probably best off going a few miles down.
