Not happy with my valentines order. I placed the order a full day ahead on DoorDash. The time got closer to pickup on V-day and my order status had not changed so I called the store to make sure. They assured me that my order would be fine, but they tried to cancel the order 15 mins before pickup. I wanted some special nice donuts for my husband and they were clearly rushed and sloppy when they got them to me. The teddy bears were supposed to be the best part and the XOXO parts were missing. YIKES

I only gave it 4 stars because there management set them up for failure. The door and online said they were open until 10 pm but they were told by their manager to close at 8 pm. So when I arruved, there was a line of people trying to pick up their orders or get into the store to make a purchase. One of the people in line was able to contact one of the employees inside and this young man came out and helped to fill the orders of those would had put in an order. He was knowledgeable and kind. Great job!

Was wanting a donut and love the light, fluffy type that Krispy Kreme is famous for. Just one, well…. that is a little hard to do. Picked up the original, it is a classic, as well as Raspberry filled. Tons of filling and enough tartness to balance the sweet. I will always advocate for an original! The only downside to this visit was that they do not have donut holes. I have been 3 times since it came in the menu and they never have any while I am there.

My kids and I love coming here frequently. When our elementary school needed donuts I hoped we could afford Krispy Kreme with the sponsored funds. The store manager was great to work with and everyone was so happy! They were warm and perfect at 6:30 am. We are so lucky to have this location nearby, and I know they also do donations for teachers. Come earlier in the month before they hit their donation quota. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

The lady was very nice but when we got our mocha coffee drinks they had a weird overly sweet aftertaste akin to that of spoiled milk. I thought it may just be due to a shitty off brand syrup they use or something of the sorts, but the taste became more overwhelming rapidly. Im certain that they served us drinks with rotten dairy in it and that is beyond unacceptable. Donuts were good, service was great! Wouldn’t go here until you can confirm they are up to health standards.

Update: the filled ones were not even the cookie butter and brown butter filling as advertised, it was just the plain white cream they use for their regular filled doughnuts. Requested a refund. I really hope I get it because this was expensive for me, I rarely splurge on treats, this was something I really was looking forward to and it just kept getting worse.
What a disappointment for the Harry Potter launch. The doughnuts look awful, missing a Slytherin emblem off one of my doughnuts. They are smashed and sloppy. And I ordered a 3 pack of Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnuts because those are the only ones my husband likes and they were out so instead gave me 2 more sorting hat doughnuts instead. I will probably not come back to this location. I am so heartbroken because I was really looking forward to these. Also, the boxes were covered in frosting and got all over my car seat.

Only one person working when multiple people are waiting (bad management) the worker was so nice and gave us great service, but we also received coffee that was 1000% made with expired milk. It tasted awful and the few sips we took gave us stomach problems immediately. I assume management has a bad system for dating and replacing, because the server was so nice I doubt it was her negligence. 10 dollars for rotten coffee. Get a grip

We drive all along the Wasatch front, and we always make sure that if we are going to Krispy Kreme, this is the one we stop at. They have great variety, even when we are there in the afternoons, but more than that, their staff is just so friendly and agreeable! We have interacted with several different employees, and have only good things to say about all of them. We would come back just to give them our business. The kids love the big window so they can watch the donuts being glazed and packages. The store is clean and professional.

This location cannot be trusted. They routinely close up the location or do not open on time. This is happened on more than one occasion. Today, only due to my daughter’s birthday, I was let down once again. I called Tuesday 12/23 to confirm their holiday hours and that if I placed an online order if I would be able to pick it up before they closed at 3pm due to the holiday. They confirmed, which was fantastic as we were in Park City and would need to leave with enough time prior to their closing, but it was what my daughter wanted so, not issue. I arrived a little after 2pm, hoping they could pack it early and I tried calling prior to leaving to confirm but it went right to voicemail on the first ring. Their drive through was blocked, which I didn’t think was odd due to closing early. However, their doors were locked but it was the side entrance and their were others in the parking lot, so we tried the front-doors also locked. While there was a customer inside and workers cleaning, you could see no doughnuts. I was able to get the employees attention and told him I was there for the pickup, but he said they were sold out and online orders are subject to what’s in the store. I said I called yesterday and this wasnt mentioned, to which he responded, well I don’t know who you talked to but I am the General Manager and that’s on the website. I pulled up the order and see nothing about this or on their website or in the FAQs. He said he would process the refund but he cant make doughnuts just for them to go bad. Well, that’s the purpose of the preoder, which is also prepaid. I am at a loss with how knowing you have an order and customers coming in that you wouldnt prepack them before stopping additional baked goods. This situation seems totally avoidable, but this location simply does not care for their customers.

Great Krispy Kreme shop in Layton. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The shop itself is clean and open with many windows. My kids were pretty excited to be there and see the glazed doughnuts being made on the conveyer belts. One of the workers gave each of my kids a complimentary doughnut after I ordered my dozen original glazed. Thanks!!
