Really good food! Warm chips with salsa. Beef and chicken tacos are the real deal. Those margaritas are priced well and have a really good balance between taste and alcohol. Great team approach made for outstanding service!

Ordered my food 3 of us repeated what I asked to have left off only one thing was left off the lady clearly didn’t understand what any of us was saying to her. The pork in the tamales was dry and bland. Everyone else enjoyed there food so not a total waste I guess.

Driving east on 36 through all the little tiny towns, we wondered where we might have lunch. I found El Toro in TripAdvisor. The place was hopping at lunch. We were seated immediately and had quick and efficient service. The lunch menu was terrific and we each enjoyed our meal very much. I would highly recommend this spot. It’s family owned and has been there for 25 years. And they have some of the best homemade salsa we’ve had in a long time.

Delicious Mexican food delivered in a very timely manner! I was shocked with how fast they brought our food out and this place was busy too! I got the enchiladas El Toro which I was very pleased with and my husband can’t remember the name of what he got but it was very delicious! Pictured is my husband’s meal.

The food was terrible! The serves wasn’t any better. The waiter never came back to our table after our food was brought out to us. The picture is of my beef nachos they had almost no cheese. When we went to go pay for our bill I stated what was wrong and another server accused us of not wanting to pay our bill. Refused to listen to us and also refused to give us our change.
