First off I love the loose wheel. There’s never ever been an issue there,professionalism has always been through the roof. The atmosphere has always been amazing. Staff normally pleasing inviting very respectful but today. My server was very rude short not engaging. Came off with a superiority complex that left me bothered when I’m the Customer just wanted clarity on how I was being charged . This lady became non-engaging where when she brought me my food, she didn’t ask if I needed any other condiments dropped off her machine for me to pay the bill. Left everything up to me to do rude, rude rude Like I said, I love the establishment, but very disappointed in who they had serving me. Maybe she’s having a bad day. I don’t know, but there was no reason for me to have to experience that type of behavior, especially at a bar.

We came for appetizers mainly. Loved the healthy vegetables and salad options! We ordered a veggie platter and shrooms. We received our food quickly. The server was outstanding and gave us lots of attention. Definitely will be back!

I visited The Loose Wheel for appetizer and drinks, with 3 friends. Our server was very nice, but her attention to detail was not very good. One of the members of our party, specifically asked to not receive a particular seltzer flavor, and our server delivered the flavor my guest did not want. When she brought the other drinks, she gave them to the wrong members of my party.
I really like this bar, and the drinks and appetizers were very good. My server just needed to be mire attentive.

Great sports bar with tons of TVs everywhere! Large servings of food. Their sweet potato fries are good and dipping sauces. The service staff are wonderful.

First time eating here, we were in the area for an appointment nearby. The food was good and our waitress was really nice, I just wish she would have come by more than once. The one time she did come by was right after we got out food. We could have used drink refills a little later in the meal but weren’t asked. I had the Godfather and it was good. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich and all though there was a lot of chicken, the chicken itself wasn’t the great.

Ive always loved bar vibes! And this bar made me the best medium rare steak, it was perfect and tender it was delicious. Id come back here everyday for a steak if I could. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
