Trying to give a fair review
The team was nice and quick witch was amazing
I paid for extra potatoes and somehow got half of what a normal order would have… spending almost 9 bucks on a burrito and getting something the size of a golden pride burrito or less for tripple the cost is insane

IMO this is the best location! The staff is always delightful and the food is consistently the best quality. It’s always clean and the staff are always busy, no one is goofing around or playing with their phone like other places I’ve been to. And my order is always correct. My only suggestion for improvement is a way to tip the staff. They deserve it!

We ordered a late lunch drive thru at 2pm. There was no one in the lobby and no one in line. We felt confident it would be fast.
We ordered a lotaburger with cheese, green chile, grilled onions and a chicken boat with seasoned fries, the person repeated the order to us at intercom. And the young lady repeated the order at the window before we paid and then we seen 3 employees walk out, it must have been shift change but 3 employees remained inside.
We continued to wait, for a total of 20 minutes until a gentleman came to the window and repeated the order before delivering it to us.
When we arrived at home the burger had no cheese, green chile or grilled onions that they charged us for
We tried to call the restaurant to make them aware of the mistake but no one responded after several attempts.
We hadn’t ate at this location in years and now theres a reason to know why we hadn’t.

I stopped by the Blake’s Lotaburger on Rio Grande yesterday and had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious like always — my burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot and crispy. What really stood out, though, was the service. The manager, Angel, was amazing! You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. He was super friendly, made sure everything came out right, and checked in to see if we were happy with our food. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere these days. Big shoutout to Angel and his crew — they’re doing an awesome job!

Did a call in order when I picked up my order I checked the bags, but didn’t open the actual burger because clear as day taped to each burger was a receipt with how I ordered them. The add ons are actually in red. When I got home my burger had non of the add ons. I was charged for the add ons, but they weren’t there!

Ordered 3 NM Lota Burger combos $50. Burgers were decent enough, except they forgot the bacon on one order. The fries. The fries were awful. Soggy, not crispy and golden brown, undercooked basically. All three orders were just over half full. Really disappointing. We should have just taken it all back
