This is one of the top three worse McDonald’s experience of my life, and McDonald’s can pull the security footage for accuracy. I was taking food home, a 15 plus minute drive so I order no ice in the drinks. See my order receipt attached. The screen at the speaker had the chicken nuggets meal correct with L sweet tea no ice. The burger meal I ordered as large, but the dt coke was a M. She replied “are you done?”. I told her the drink was incorrect, she told me to pull around to the 1st window while she was still making corrections. At the window, I was asked to verify my order, and I asked “can you verify both drinks are no ice?”. He said yes, so I go to the next window. Two different employees tried giving me someone else’s meal, I repeated my order. They brought my correct food and ice tea. Tried handing me my dt coke with ice. I told them what I ordered and an employee took the receipt and stuck it in my face and tapped it and said “THIS IS WHAT YOU ORDERED!”. Well I had used colorful language, of which I regret, but I said I don’t care what is on the receipt, it’s not what I ordered. So then I checked the food bag, I had no sauce, straws, or napkins. So I told a another employee I need sauce and straws. She left and the other employee came back with a drink which still had ice in it, and I was told to leave. Then a 3rd employee came to the window and interjected. I told her what I was missing and I was told that the manager said they had to move the line. Then my sauces and straws showed up, so I left. I did not mark the service in this review, it was 0 stars. Many times I get ice in my “no ice” drinks and I don’t make a big deal out of it, but my whole order was a hassle.

Worst service ever, me my aunt and my boyfriend went through this drive-through and we asked for 2 large ice mocha coffees and a large iced vanilla coffee . The screen kept showing 3 mocha frappes on the screen, and we told her no 2 large iced mocha coffees and 1 large iced vanilla coffee and she began to argue with us and say that that’s what it is we got to the window And she was rude and aggressive, and we got the coffees. There was no sugar no chocolate no vanilla and very bitter absolutely disgusting!! We tried calling them to complain. No one picked up the phone we called five times.

Typical location. We only stopped for coffee and to use the restroom, which were actually pretty clean. The manager was working along side the employees and was the one who gave us our coffee. She was prompt in making sure it was being prepared as she helped the drive thru and was very pleasant when she handed it to us.

Worst service ever. Its Christmas eve and I got two daily doubles. I live 20 minutes away so when I got home and opened both my daily doubles up the had no tomato on them i call the store to complain and the manager was rude. I told him I had no tomato on my daily doubles and he blew it on and said I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store to give them the sandwiches to remake them other wise he couldn’t do anything.

This place deserves 0 stars if it was an option. Kids don’t wanna work. No one wants to take your order. They just stand around talking. You always have to wait. You could order a water and they would ask you to pull up. You can go to any other McDonald’s and have no problems, the management at this one is awful.

Just go elsewhere. Or plan on 20 minutes in drive thru. They consistently park people. Waited at same spot for 7 min. Then after being in line for 15 minutes. I got cold taters…… Just try Wendy’s across the street.

This McDonald’s is the worst there is when it comes to any accuracy whatsoever. Whenever you get anything from here you HAVE to double check your food because there is a 60% chance it’s wrong somehow. So annoying to get home to find out you can’t eat your food cause it’s wrong and has things you don’t eat on it.

This place is a joke.. worst service. Apparently when asking a question to a worker is a problem cause they are a minor? Me asking how ppl behind me food was ready but not my 2 double cheeseburgers lol.. Apparently that offended everyone in there cause I was told.i was talking to a minor 3x lol.. mind you I asked a question. I didnt disrespect anyone yell or cuss lol… the food was trash too.. worst mcdonalds I’ve been too in a long time.. go somewhere else is my recommendation
