First time, it’s Sarita’s in more than 25 years. I do not really have a reason for not coming back to Sarita’s, other than it’s just not on my normal path for commutes, and other businesses that I frequent.
I was having lunch here with some business associates and the first thing I noticed is that it was easy to find parking, when I arrived. The group I was meeting had already arrived and were seated at a table, not a booth. I will note that it looks like a private dining room is also available, if your group needs one.
Our server greeted us, promptly and took our drink orders. She gave me a few minutes to go through the menu, and brought salsa and chips to the table – chips and salsa were very tasty.
One in our group ordered the Tortilla soup, this is their favorite menu item at this restaurant. The other in our group ordered a plate of enchiladas, and I ordered the beef enchiladas. The plates were accompanied with rice and refried beans. The food was ready within 20 minutes, and we took our time to eat. All the food that I ate had a good flavor, and I took a minute or two to looked at the menu left on the table. I noticed they have a pretty good happy hour on Fridays, and maybe back fairly soon to test out the happy hour offerings.
Overall, I gave the food 4 stars, because it just seemed to be missing something. I couldn’t put my finger on what was missing, which is why I want to give the place another try.
The atmosphere was nice, service was good, the place wad clean, and I know this location has been occupied by Sarita’s for at least 35 years – so this says something about the restaurant and it ability to survive in a food driven society.

Sarita’s has a beautifully decorated dining room. We visited on a Sunday, and the place was quite empty at the time. The service was friendly and professional. The food was well-seasoned, and most importantly, it was very warm steaming hot warm. Since I ordered “Caldo de Res” it was very important that it was served hot. To enjoy this dish, you start by carefully, sipping the soup and continue with the vegetables and meat slowly, while it’s all hot.
My husband ordered a “chicken mole” that hit the right spot. And his opinion, this dish was authentically and traditional in flavor.
I need to mention the rice, the Mexican rice was cooked and seasoned in a most delicious way. This kind of rice is one that you enjoy by itself. It is customary that rice accompany most, if not all, main dishes in Mexican cuisine. This rice could stand by itself and leave you satisfied in flavor and texture.
Most definitely I recommend that you visit Sarita’s and your next culinary adventure.

I came in and was not greeted by anyone at the counter. I was told from a distance to go ahead and have a seat and when I sat down the lady came and asked me what I wanted to drink, But by then I already knew what I wanted to drink and I was ready to order as well.
The food came fairly quick and looked amazing. It tasted great as well. I was happy with the meal overall. Although I feel like they lacked in one area, that could have made my experience here that much greater.
Customer service, I saw the waitress once when I ordered, second, when she delivered my food. I finished my water and timed to see how long it would take to get a refill. I clocked in over 10 minutes and still had not got a refill. When I ask for the check she said yes as she was walking and continue to walk past me.
All in all the food was amazing but the customer service is lacking. Maybe it would be better if you came in a group, But if you go by yourself, hopefully you get better service than I did.

This place was on our list to try and I am glad we did. It is very spacious, well decorated and impeccably clean! The food arrived quickly and our order was accurate. We got the shrimp tacos and mole enchiladas. Both were very tasty and the mole had the right amount of spiciness.
Not sure who our waiter was but thoroughly impressed with his ability to take orders from multiple tables without writing them down and getting them all 100 accurate. Also, it was clear there were many regulars dining there. This speaks volumes to their reputation.
IF I were going to find something to complain about, it would be the dinner price of entrees but inflation isn’t a myth. Everyone is feeling the sting of most everything costing 30% more. We’ll definitely be back to try breakfast.

We were long time customers. Last visit our food was brought out cold. We notified the waiter and ask him to let the Mgr. know. The Mgr., who was there did not even bother to come by our table. We did not ask for a free meal or compensation. We just wanted to make sure the Mgr. knew we were not pleased with the food or the service. We will not go back. I sent a message to the owners through their website several weeks ago. I have received no response back from them.

We as a family go here quite often. Today we went for lunch and we had the worst service, which shocked me because we always have great service. Our waitress was horrible. She argued with us about our orders, refused to let some of our guests order from the kids meal and when our orders came out half the orders were wrong. She wasn’t very friendly at all. Hopefully this will not happen again as we enjoy eating here.

My family and I come after church to this restaurant. Today we went an our server got our drinks , took our orders of 6 tacos. We waited over 25 minutes for basic bean and cheese , a potato and egg tacos. As we were waiting we looked around and noticed several tables were getting chips and salsa. So when we saw our server we asked are the chips a salsa complementary? He looked confused an said no. There was a gentleman who had just walked in a who haven’t even spoke to a server yet got chips a salsa. Humm??? Ok so we finished an paid for our food. I’m not complaining about the quality of the food because it was delicious. I’m a little upset about the servers knowledge of what the restaurant offers guest. We asked 2 other employees an they did inform me YES it is complementary. It’s not the fact that I want it because it’s free, it’s the fact we can snack on something while we wait for our food
