Had to wait too long for food not prepared correctly. I told them no bacon on my burger. The label on the burger said no bacon. As you can see there’s bacon on the burger! The fries are not fried well enough. Who wants soggy fries?

Rude service, I don’t like getting yelled at when I’ve been polite and respectful. Food is alright but the portions are getting smaller, nothing is safe from shrinkflation. You remember the old Cookout milkshake size? It’s been hit with a shrink ray! I highly recommend just going to a local Chick-fil-A instead, they’ll treat you right over there and have much tastier shakes, worth a few extra bucks and we have plenty around here

Cookout of doom and despair! Stopped here on a roadtrip because we love Cookout- this is the worst Cookout we’ve ever been to. They served one of us completely raw (like, center cold and pink/clear) chicken in a chicken sandwich, which is crazy from a fast food restaurant. They were out of okra, chicken nuggets, calling tacos, and cheese bites. The fries were not the classic, delicious Cookout crinkle fries- they were incredibly mid Sysco straight fries, and they forgot to put cajun seasoning on the fries of everyone who requested cajun fries (kindly, they gave a few of us “bags of dirt” to fix this issue. ty for that <3). They also forgot one of our orders, which is no big deal/happens, but they tried to argue that they already gave it to us (they had not). Weird, weird cookout experience made even weirder by the AI truck art on the walls.

For at least the past year if not longer, we have had to go through the drive-thru 2 times each time because they ALWAYS forget something. This location used to be really good a few years ago but it’s gone downhill. Something ain’t right if I’m already expecting to be missing some food before I even get it. This location sucks, but the Washington Rd location has never done me wrong. Go there instead.

This cookout sucks. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and one line was moving way faster meaning someone that pulled in way after I did was served first. We get to the speaker and the lady taking our order was so rude and had no patience whatsoever. I got my chocolate malt and it was barely mixed at all.
