This was my first time here and I will DEFINITELY be back!! The service was excellent, I believe his name was Marcus he assisted me and took his time and explained how things go without giving me a hard time since it was my first visit. And the lady in the window, was just as sweet as she could be. And the food was delicious nice and fresh and flavorful!! Some restaurants need some pointers from yall!!! Prior to this visit I had never been to Willy’s before. I’ve always been a Moe’s guy since it’s an Atlanta brand. The only reason I went here was because it’s next to my work place. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The food was amazing! The quality was as good if not better than Moe’s. The second time I visited I got chicken nachos which was mind blowing as well. The staff working was extremely pleasant both times. I’ll definitely recommend this to everyone.

It’s so disappointing when you’re craving a place and it does not meet typical standards. I ordered nachos and was barely given any meat. When I got home to eat it the ground meat was cold as well as the cheese. It also doesn’t taste the same. I will never come to this location again. The peachtree center location is much better.

I’ve been frequenting this Willy’s for the last several years since moving to NDH in 2021. And boy it’s gone down hill. It used to be delicious and consistent but I’ve been 3 separate times in the last few weeks and neither time was good at all. I went just a couple days ago and it actually gross. The chicken bowl I got was pretty bland, cold, and the chicken was extremely gristly and had fatty inedible bits in it. I had to throw half the bowl out.

Food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were too busy having fun when not serving customers and the place was a mess. There was queso all over the floor and a few other spills.

This Willy’s is awful in regards to DoorDash orders. This evening at 9:00 pm I placed a DoorDash order. The establishment closes at 10:00 pm. Three doordashers attempted to retrieve my order from this location, and made it before their 10 pm closing time. Instead, they did not acknowledge the doordashers and stated they couldn’t help because they were closed. Very unprofessional. Truly, they should not use DoorDash if they are not able to follow policy and fulfill orders . Absolutely ridiculous.
