Wife asked to the 2 cheese burger meal extra pickles no onions I came that way one was plain didn’t even have cheese. We order everything fresh to order, 10 minutes later when they finally replaced her burger and she could come back to sit down her fries were cold, which completely just ruined her entire visit. I will starve before I ever stop at this location again. Also the manager or assistant manager was just walking around the kitchen joking with his staff and doing nothing that could be called work in the middle of lunch rush

BEWARE!!!!! This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and was disgusted to find a baby roach inside my sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable. The fries were old and stale, like they had been sitting out for hours. The drink fountain was filthy and sticky, and to make matters worse, every single trash can was overflowing.
The workers moved incredibly slow, with zero sense of urgency, and barely spoke English. I asked for a lid (since the lid container was empty), and no one seemed to understand what I was saying. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get a basic item.
This McDonald’s needs a serious health inspection and retraining of staff. I will never be returning.

$4 for a small fry that they call a medium fry now because of “inflation”. Don’t buy this overpriced trash. Wendy’s gets you a much better deal. Truly astonished when they said a small is now a medium and charging people asinine amounts of money for frozen thin disgusting fries

The cards do not work at the self serving kiosk but it does not say it until the error. Then it says take the receipt to the cashier but no receipt come up. Apparently, they are aware of it too. Both soda machines are out as well.

This was the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went through the drive thru quickly, and order was correct. Pulled into a spot to eat, and all of the trash cans were overflowing, piles of trash on the ground, went inside for some mayo, and thrash everywhere inside as well. At least 10 kids working in the back. Stood there for 10 minutes and no workers came up front. At least 2 kiosks were non-functional. 4 or more people waiting for orders that were not being brought up front. The tables and floors were all covered with trash.

Regardless, I went to mcdonalds today in lebanon, nh around 1030 this morning. I placed my order, drove up to pay and than drove down to the next qindow to collect my food. I waited 10 MINUTES before they gave me my food. There was no, oh I am sorry it will be a few mins, no acknowledgement, nothing. I even called to see if we could get a response and no answer there. We got the food and it wasn’t even worth the wait. The burgers were crunchy and the fries weren’t hot and were discolored as if the oil hadnt been changed in a while. Super disappointed and unhappy in this experience.

The service was horrendous. The drive through was so slow and the manager on duty seemed overwhelmed. Took me 30 minutes to get to the window. I ordered on the app and they couldn’t find my order. I had yo show the manager my phone for her to believe me.
The fries, were hot and fresh, which was a nice change for this location as a lot of times, they aren’t very good.

Sat in line for half hour. Didn’t know until we were at Kiosk and trapped in the line that the Grinch meals were sold out and the 2 kids in the car were vrty disappointed. And even though there was “grinch salt” the lady was very rude and denied us getting it unless we ordered additional fries (we already ordered 3 fries).
Overall a very frustrating & disappointing experience.

I just sat in line for the drive-through behind three cars for about 10 minutes, starting at 2 pm.
They had me park in a waiting spot. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I ended up having to leave without my food. I asked for a refund they were unable to help me. They also couldn’t give me an estimate on how long it would take to get my food. They said they were understaffed. I will never go here again.
