Christ’s was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed and Melani the cook made sure the sure all the food was cooked to perfection. I came after the store on Bigley said they didn’t know what a frisco BLT was so south Charleston rocks and Hardee’s should be greatly appreciative to have Christa and Melani!! You guys are awesome

Honestly staff was friendly, and the food was great it had been a while since I had gone to Hardee’s, was thinking I wanted something different so I went to Hardee’s and it was an excellent choice their 599 biggie bag is a great deal I got a wrap and a cheese burger with fries and a drink, which I upsized and I think it was only like $1 more, MAYBE $1.50 and glad I did. Highly recommend going there. Especially if you’re tired of the same old stuff like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, or Taco Bell like me.

This place is disgusting. Both times I went, no one was wearing gloves, the guy who was making my fries had no gloves on and was picking the fries up with his bare hands and eating them while he was placing some in the little container things they give to serve you with. Not to mention the first time I went in I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to take my order and they were just in the back talking and goofing around, ended up leaving before I even got my order taken. Won’t be going back again. Thought it was just one shift but it’s all of them.

Today due to time and location I again took the leap and placed an order – I received a double cheese burger that was drier than the paper wrapped around it and a COLD hot ham and cheese!! Another disgusting meal and my last visit – I will go to the speedway next time. There is a constant wait with mobile orders despite getting more time to prepare the order. Every mobile order ends up with us parked and waiting. It seems to take longer to get a mobile order than to get a drive thru order!?!? Ordered 2 chili dogs – both were out in a container together but they were for 2 different people. The sauce was spread across both like gravy and biscuits. One didn’t even have the weiner in the bun. Not acceptable.

The last 2 times I’ve went through the drive-thru at Hardee’s in South Charleston for breakfast, the food was either cold or the biscuits and bread was hard as a rock. I called and told them about it, I didn’t want any replacement so I went back and wanted a refund and the lady was rude to me because I didn’t have the food (I through it out the window to the birds). I will never eat here again. The first time it happened I didn’t call or get a refund and I was giving them the a second chance. They just lost a customer. Very disappointed with this restaurant

First time having Hardee’s. Everything looked good on the menu but I went with the $5 meal deal. You could pick two items, plus a fry, and a pop. I chose a double cheeseburger and a honey mustard crispy chicken wrap. Not gone lie, the burger was pretty simple, almost boring…like it was missing something. The wrap was decent. The chicken was good, but I didnt like the sauce. To be honey mustard, it tasted more on the mustard side which isnt my cup of tea. I would have rather just had an order of chicken strips overall!!!

The staff here seem to always be polite, we only ever go through the drive-thru though. I wish that the HQ would agree for them to have at least 3 staff in on the graveyard shift though for safety purposes.
