We are not exactly sure how this establishment operates. From the get-go the atmosphere is uncomfortable: dated central sitting area surrounded by machines – some operating, some not, then all this surrounded by dimly lit flesh colored walls. The staff were not belligerent, but all seemed half-hearted/defeated. Then the food from start to finish was only concerning – the revolving food felt like it had been out for too long, then with difficulty we ordered off the menu some basic udon soup: it came out late, overtly salty as if it could mask the poor quality. The proof to all concerns was the VERY low pricing, something that is never conducive to the sensitive needs of sushi that should be at least safe to eat. Although we, PDX Service Reviews, came for inexpensive sushi and a casual atmosphere we ultimately left questioning this location’s safety standards (we went to cleanse our palate at a different restaurant).

Asked server for a certain kind of roll and watched him pull it off the line and hide it for a couple minutes before giving it to me. If he told me he had one ready, cool. Why try to hide it? Staff was pretty disinterested the entire time.
Also, food was significantly worse than when I lived here. Came here for nostalgia, I went here all the time when I lived in Beaverton. Sad to see how horrible this place has become.

Best and favorite track sushi for us. Good selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. We love their salmon and seared salmon sushi. Best calamari and baked green mussels. We have been patrons for years but our favorite location is the store on Hall Blvd. Clean store, high turnover with lots of patrons and friendly staff. My favorite location.

My favorite track sushi place. Staff is super friendly, and the food always fresh. Only reason I did 4 stars, is because they seem to bump up there prices a couple times a year. I have been coming here for many years, and it keeps getting more expensive.

The food was pretty bad. Felt like it had been on the belt for hours. My boyfriend said the sushi was warm, and my mozzarella sticks were stale. We came here because the reviews were amazing, and this is like, the first bad review I’ve left anywhere. But at some point i’m wondering if this sushi was a health code violation. The service was nice, the people were really nice. I just feel like they were maybe pushing out too much food without the amount of people to match.
