The young lady at the register as well as every other worker I played eyes on were doing amazing. This location gets busy and people get rude sadly. But they take it in stride and do their very best. Me& my daughter ate a late breakfast here and I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. Lovely workers and great food. One of the enjoyments of Salisbury.

it didnt cross my mind to leave a review because i hardly ever do it. but i went through the drive thru maybe two or three days ago to order a supreme meal. i have been getting the same meal for 10 years at this location and other ones near by and i have never had an allergic reaction ever in those ten years. but after i ate the meal at this location maybe a few minutes or hours after my lip started to become swollen, tingling, numb, burning, & were red and puffy in the middle. it was painful it felt like i put lip plumper gloss on but extreme. which i didnt. it took overnight for the swelling to go down and even with the ice it still was hurting the next day and still a little swollen. i didnt eat anything else out of the ordinary after i had that meal. so this bojangles location had to be the only reason for that. however the employee at the drive thru window with the purple hair was sweet.

We went inside to order a 12pc tailgate box. Only 5 of us in my family. The cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait for the chicken. We said that was fine but we want the rest of the order now while the chicken is being cooked. For our 3 sides we get rice and two sides of rice. We paid and got two large cups of iced tea that is “equal to” the half gallon of tea because they didn’t have it in the regular plastic half gallon. Next problem, we were told they only have enough of one side of rice so they told us we would have to wait for the other side but it would be ready at the same time the chicken would be. I said fine. I get some smaller cups for the tea and I discover what seems to be a COCKROACH LEG inside the cup. I tell the cashier and she hands me a new cup and told me she would notify management. I also asked for our plates and biscuits which they tried to cheat us on the number of biscuits. We had to go back to get the rest. Then, we wait over 15 minutes for our chicken and rice and we get people in the back saying they “cant find” our chicken. I go to the bathroom while my brother sorts out that problem. In the bathroom I see hair and trash and eyelashes on the floor everywhere. Out in the dining area was the same issue. Lots of overflowing trash in the trash bings and food on the tables and floor. We ended up getting a refund for our food and left. I also found a piece of hair in my dirty rice. I wouldn’t even give this food to the homeless. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

Went to drive thru and ordered my food. Cashier said that the chicken was not ready that it would be five minutes. Pull to curbside. 20 minutes later I go in to get a refund and the manager said that she can’t just be given away money!!!!( didn’t get my receipt) after paying. There was a man after me with the same problem!!!! AT THIS POINT JUST SHUT DOWN. Cashier also stated that they were short staff, but that’s not my problem. If you don’t have enough staff to run your establishment, close the doors until you do. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

walked in to pick up a doordash lobby was empty i stood at the counter where i was seen by MANY employees and ignored by all the employees. i literally stood there for atleast 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. after one employee literally kept looking at me and ignoring me while she was just folding boxes and ignoring me. then i preceded to wait another 10-15 minutes. just plain rude. won’t choose to come eat here.

During a busy Sunday mid-morning breakfast rush, they had some of the freshest Biscuits, fries and Bo-rounds I have had from Bojangles. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous with the huge rush of a Panthers GameDay!

I came here to pay for good breakfast good service and not a bad attitude and rudeness and it wasn’t even 7 a.m. Caroline relayed our order to her manager Edna who instructed us to pull around and wait for the food we waited for 10 minutes after trying to go inside all the doors were locked several other customers were waiting and trying to get into the building this is 2 minutes before 7 we sat there at 2 we got our food at 7:10 we sat in the parking lot till about 7:15 7:20. I informed the manager Edna when she brought our food out that it was not fresh my biscuits! They’re hard and she said she would replace them she brought me back a butter biscuit he did not bring the sausage and cheese it was not fresh I very disappointed is that service today and the quality of food. I would not recommend this location for breakfast service because who wants to start their day off with the whole side of sour nasty bad vibes coming through your window and you’re paying for it. Is this the do Bojangles standard?

Horrible staff and service. I went inside stood for about 3 mins and they knew im standing there for order. Both of the employees had nasty looks on their faces. They never greeted or said anything. I hated everything about this experience and i hope people like this get a lesson for their bad behavior.
The biscuits i got were crumbly and cold.
If I could give 0 stars i would.

Went through the drive through to order food. Was Asked to pull around, cause our bo bites. Would be a few minutes so we pulled around and waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot walked in and asked about my food and no one had any idea what i was was asking about, and rude and inconsiderate and I had to wait for them to make our food Was not a very pleasurable experience will not be returning

Went today as the peeler road bojangles is closed. Ordered my usual #1 mean with a bun instead of a biscuit. I repeated the order multiple times. The live cashier came on and said “ your order is very confusing”. Once I started repeating my order, she stated slow down. I’m not a robot.” Which I definitely think is very bizarre to say to a customer. I repeated my order a third time Correctly. Cashier put in the order incorrectly I didn’t hear that one drink was incorrect. When I proceeded to pay, she gave me the incorrect drink “I told her hey this was supposed to be a lemonade”. She then said well I repeated the order and you said it was right. I then told her just give me a lemonade. Well, then employee decided she wanted to lecture me on how to order food. I did state to her that I can pay the lemonade. I had no problem with paying and for her to keep stop lecturing me. Even though a coworker told her to stop. Very unpleasant experience as this was the first time I have ever gone to this location and it was an honest mistake that did not need a teacher lesson. Very unprofessional!
