Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Came inside last night to dine in 09/01/22 around 9pm. The kid on the register was half taking our order and half goofing off. I got the sweet n spicy burger and had asked for no mustard and substitute Mayo. I hate mustard.
A young woman brought over our food and while she was handing me and my two friends our orders, he came over and started harassing and humiliating her over ketchup and Mayo. She even told him to stop and called him out on it and he didn’t. The young woman looked really irritated and upset. It was really awkward but I’ve been in her position and feel for her. I hope she had a better night.
Ate the fries and took the burger home to have in the morning. This morning when I munched into it, I noticed immediately that it had extra mustard on it. Scraped off what I could but it was already soaked into the bread. There was no saving it and it was gross and upsetting.
5 stars for the young woman and her GOOD customer service.
No stars for the long wait time, the mustard, and the young man’s customer service.

They regularly leave out items you purchased so you have to verify everything is in the bag before leaving. The order times the app gives are rarely true, you’re often going to wait an extra ten minutes. Some of the employees give great service but it all depends on which crew you get on which day so its a gamble

Ordered several times through the app only to wait 20 to 30 minutes longer each time. They never have the order ready on time. Seems their main concern is drive through. What is the point of this app? We paid first. We should get our orders first.

My order was quick, #13 chicken tenders w/ tea. 3 cars in front of me. Get to the window quick, pay and get drink. And then sat there for 20 min!!! Get home, of course, the meal was Cold!!! Must have been sitting somewhere. I will never will go back.

I’ve been to different whataburgers in the area and apparently they all work together. I was in at noon ,they were busy. So you would think food would be hot and fresh. No, this was not the case. Was barely warm. Cheese was slightly melted. Tasted like it had laid under lights all day. This has been the case at every whataburger in the area. If I want bad food I’ll go to McDonald’s. I think I’m done with whataburger.

Old veggies, bacon wasn’t fully cooked, My burger literally cold & smelled funky, fries were stale but the onion rings were good. Came here a 2nd time, biscuits & gravy was great.. they definitely earned this updated review.. still leaving previous review comments just so people will dbl check their food.
