I get my lunch here nearly every day. 98% of the time is is 100% great. Occasionaly there is a wait, delay, or error. It happens. Thousands of orders daily, there will be imperfections. I learn patience and understanding. Give them a break, it is usually hot and busy in that kitchen. Their employees generally do an excellent job. I will continue going here on a regular basis.

Recently been having nothing but problems with the South Milwaukee location, so even though I live a block away from there I drive out to this location instead. Just wanted to share the contrast between the two locations, I went through the drive thru and got a couple burgers, they came out made wrong. So I went back in, was greeted almost immediately(they knew there was a problem since I had my bag in my hand) came over and I explained the problem. They apologized and immediately fixed the issue, the manager came by and offered cookies or something to make up for it. Promptly gave me my food, apologized again and wished me a great night. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mistakes happen but how you fix them means the world to customers. South Milwaukees location with the same issue and you get ignored at the counter, attitude, no apology, takes forever and they drop the food on the counter and maybe say something along the lines of “here ya go” and walk away without a second look. Not sure how the two being like a 1.5 miles from each other are so different, but drive the little extra for the cudahy location if you want McDonald’s

Came to the store at 7:30. I had asked for stuff in my bag. I had seen them talking for a good 10 minutes before bringing me my bag and they had forgot a sandwich and the sauces the night staff needs to be reviewed the window people in specific.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated the location was. The manager on duty was VERY attentive and went above and beyond with my friend when something was wrong with his order. She was very apologetic, quickly corrected the situation and even offered him something extra for his wait and patience. I said Okay, McDonalds! That’s great service. It was nice to see all the youngsters working, no one playing on their phone, people singing and enjoying each other’s company and focused on their work. It was refreshing. They made me smile and remember my days working at Hardee’s at 16. They deserve more than a pat on the back.

The drive through took a bit longer than usual, no biggie. But they forgot both mine and my daughter’s ranch. Also evertime I get a soda there they put so little ice that it melts and dilutes your soda. Other than that I tried the new BBQ chicken strips. Quite good actually, would’ve been 4-5 stars if they didn’t forget the ranch and the whole ice situation.
