I ordered a two piece with chicken breast and wing. Got a wing and thigh, so I over paid. Got a breakfast plate with cheese grits no cheese, so I paid extra for no reason. The following week I bought my child a salad and found a huge bug inside of it. Think we had enough Jacks here in Jemison because nothing was resolved.

This was my first time stopping and I got a double burger and fries which were fast and fresh and the new mac & cheese that had chicken and bacon in it was excellent. Both boys got chicken tenders and fries and the new mac & cheese. Everyone was pleased a little pricey, but competitive with any other place, that’s like it they just have better food than your average McDonald’s or fast food

EVERY SINGLE TABLE dirty. Fries on seats, stickygooey tops, dirty floors. No napkins, ice overflowing in drink machine. Busy yes, but 8 workers. Be prepared! It is 1pm past church rush on a Sunday. Went to cou ter and asked a young man to wipe our table. Told himevery one is dirty and I would do it no problem, “do you have a Lysol wipe! “ He said “Uhhh” I said “how about a spray bottle and paper towels?” He said “uhhhhhh” and he went to managers office. Waited 5 min, he came out, manager came out looked directly at me and walked away……read that again! Did not say they are getting something to wipe tables, did not sat sorry ma’am…walked away. so I asked the cashier if I could use her sink to the right of the counter and she said sure so I got my own paper towel, wet it, soaped it up, got some dry ones, and wiped three tables off : one for me and another couple and one extra cause I am courteous. Still waiting for the young man to come wipe my table! Ps your bathrooms need cleaning too. may throw my lunch away and go to another place.

The good service is varied depending on the staff you find since there are different people who serve and the food also sometimes is usually wonderful although sometimes I feel that it is in a hurry and of poor quality but everything is very good it is one of my favorite restaurants

This location is getting worse n worse. Not sure if it’s lack of management but the last 3 times I’ve ordered food something has either been missing or wrong. Tonight it just a matter of no gravy on a chicken fried chicken with white gravy. Yall need to either check the order before u give it to customer or just get it right the first time.

Outstanding visit from the warm welcome to the delicious food. The chicken is just perfect, juicy and so good. No problem getting all dark. Sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans are just perfect. Jack’s isn’t local for me but I make an effort to visit while down south.
