Called the Airport Blvd location to advised them they did not include several items in my order. The woman working on 1/7/26 around 6:30 pm hung up on me twice. No response, no I’m sorry or let me have those ready to be picked up for you. Not only did she hang up on me twice, she refused to answer when I contunited to call. DO NOT GO to or order online at this location! This isnt the first time they missed on orders, but honestly go home if you can’t maintain standard customer service or unable to communicate.

Stopped by to pick up my order. I initially saw one employee up at the counter when I pulled up, but when I walked in, she was gone. I waited for a while and no one appeared to assist me. The open kitchen and drive through area looked like a ghost town. I even eventually checked the ladies room, just in case, but no one was to be found. I called out “hello” three times and, suddenly, after what seemed like forever, the only two employees who were on the clock, finally appeared from somewhere in the back. They said the order was not ready and started on it. This score is for the lack of customer service. I had not already ordered and paid for my food ahead of time, I would have left.

I went through the drive in and after several attempts to place an order, no one answered so I went to leave. I turn the corner and there was a car parked in front of me. I don’t know if they ordered food or were just waiting.
Regardless, I was stuck with a car in front of me and a car behind for almost half an hour. I almost had a panic attack as I was unable to leave.
Is this common practice at Jack in the Box locations or are you totally fine with endangering the well being of you customers?

One of the best tasting jack in the box restaurants in Austin for sure. Plus the staff here are very nice and all around friendly.

Google maps says this place is open 24 hours, but when I went through the drive through at 3am, the staff said they were only open for door dash and uber eats.

Filthy. Took over 20 minutes to get food. 2 burgers made wrong. Dirt/trash all over floor and tables. Grease on seat backs. Dirtiest Jack In The Box I’ve ever been in!

Not only did it take over 25 min to order and receive food with zero cars ahead but arrived home to find out they don’t even toast the bread anymore and it was all messed up.
