Micheal was our bartender. It was our first time there and he made it a perfect evening! He was so informative about the menu and the special. We decided to order several items because we couldn’t decide which sounded better! Everything was absolutely delicious! I feel like we could have had the same reaction to every menu item. Buster’s Brick Oven is the pizza side of Manci’s Antique Club which is run like a separate business while it also physically connected to Manci’s. The atmosphere at Buster’s Brick Oven seems more upscale than the more dive bar ambiance of Manci’s. They offer more than just pizza here but pizza seems to be the featured item. I sampled a Margherita pizza at Buster’s Brick Oven and honestly it wasn’t my favorite version of that particular pizza but it was alright.
I also tried their Bison Burger which I ordered medium and it arrived with charred, burned and very crunchy meat on the outside but better on the inside with a side of charred and burned green beans… I will be sticking with the food on the Manci’s Antique Club side!
Ultimately the food on the Manci’s side is far superior to me. The same folks that own Callaghan’s Irish Social Club in Mobile have taken over Manci’s and added the pizza addition of Buster’s Brick Oven. Overall this is a great neighborhood spot which gives you the choice of the more “upscale” pizza side or the more classic dive bar side with different menus available in each. So far my experience with Buster’s Brick Oven has convinced me to stick with the food at Manci’s!

Great pizza spot! We have always struggled to find good pizza in the Spanish fort, Daphne, Fairhope area and am so glad to finally find it! We ordered the margharita and supreme pizza and got the roasted tomato feta dip as an app! All of it was fantastic.

Friends and I ordered two different pizzas and both were incredibly soggy with grease. Still edible and they tasted pretty good, but you literally could not pick up a slice like normal. Instead we had to roll each one up. Beautiful decor and service was great. Just expected better pizza.

The Supreme and Carne pizza were better than New York and Chicago pizza. The short rib ravioli appetizer was phenomenal. The restaurant was quaint, cozy, and clean. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great restaurant that was a perfect meal.
