I’ve had it with this place. I keep wanting to give them a try because they’re the most convenient location, but it’s rough ordering from here.

This time I ordered for the first time on the app so there couldn’t be any screw ups. Ordered and paid, pulled into the drive thru to get my food. Had to wait for the bacon. Fine. Get my bag.

No sauces, none. There’s four sandwiches in there so it seems right. Got an order of fries I didn’t ask for. That should have been a red flag to check everything there but the line behind you and all. I ordered three burgers and two spicy mcchickens. Only one burger was made correctly. Instead of the two mcchickens I received two cheeseburgers. So I ended up with five burgers, only one made correctly. I’m allergic to onions and don’t like pickles and the kids like their burgers plain. So I’m left with four burgers no one wants. But hey, at least I got extra fries and the Taco Bell next door usually gets their orders right.

Avoid this place. There’s a couple other McDonald’s a few miles away. Even ordering on the app and having everything written out and itemized will not ensure your order is correct. Such a shame becuase the location is great.

Created one of the worst big macs I’ve ever tried. It tasted like, it was sitting for hours, but was super hot and the patties tasted fresh. They had all of the sauce on one side, for both, bottom and top. Had to take out the middle bun to even taste the toppings. This crew has good service but the food tasted like a disguised tennis ball I’d rather steal leftovers from the bar…

I used to come here as a child and enjoyed coming here, but the last few times i’ve come, I’ve been disappointed. I said with transparency that I would like no cheese on my order, they gave me a premaid order. With fast food now costing $20, I expect i higher standard of attention to detail. It’s clear the inflation fast food is not going towards quality control.

This is the first time I went to McDonald’s that I had to use Google translate to communicate with the drive thru order taker- inexcusable for that position! Several times I tried to state my order very clearly and slowly, but it did not work. Eventually, she understood when I used Google Translate. When I spoke English, she did not understand the simplest words. It’s no wonder the drive thru was backed up so much.

They alwayyyyys make you wait in the parking spot even if you get a single sandwich when there’s nobody in Drive thru waiting. Just let us be at #1 Window and wait 30 seconds bs waiting 2 minutes for someone to walk out a sandwich

As soon as made it to the pickup window I kept being told the wrong order. I corrected the man multiple times that I did not order a happy meal. I had to physically show him my order. Of course once I receive my drink it was clearly under filled. I mentioned it to him and all he kept repeating is, “go to the next window”. The manager gave me my food at the next window. I tell her the situation and she tells me she will have to charge me another just so I could get properly filled????? Completely ignoring how I was treated by the man. Seriously every time I come here it’s filled with nothing but incompetence and rude employees. Do better.

This will be the last time I go to this location. I use the app for pickup and my orders are never correct, items are always missing and food is always cold. Just now I ordered dinner for pickup, all the fries were cold and there was meat on my BigMac when I specifically asked for no meat (if they had any vegetarian options this wouldn’t have to be an issue) and my son’s chicken nuggets were missing. There’s nothing on the app that even asks you how your order was, they make it extremely difficult to give feedback. Not worth it for the price. Go somewhere else.
