I recently discovered this place about two weeks ago, and I’ve already been back four times! I’ve dined in twice and ordered takeout twice, and my favorite so far is definitely the chicken quesadilla — it’s delicious. I’ve visited on a Saturday night, a Monday evening, and a Tuesday evening, and every time the staff has been friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, and when I stopped by right at opening one day, the food was super fresh. The cook does an amazing job, and I’m excited to try more items on the menu. The drinks are also really good, with plenty of great options to choose from. Highly recommend checking this place out!

The staff is outstanding. Ask for Hayley, Hopi, Ashley, Gwen or Jessi—jack is okay but honestly, whoever you meet will treat you like a regular from day one. Friendly, attentive, and fun without ever feeling forced.
The food is consistently fantastic and impressively affordable, especially for a downtown spot. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual bite or settling in for a longer hang, it’s always a great experience.

Got an excellent recommendation from our server. For appetizers we got the cod tacos and jalapeno boats. And then we also had the duck sliders and duck club. The duck was really good, not gamey at all. The tuxedo cheesecake was also really yummy!

I took myself on a little solo date because i was having a pretty rough date, decided to splurge a little on myself and came to Eliot’s on Congress. I think it was the best this i could have done, needless to say the entire experience made my entire day! I ordered the Flat Iron Steak and the Bacon Ragoons all recommended by my amazing server Jessi! (spoiler the recommendations were tasty and amazing). Jessi was attentive and always checked in on me, i could tell she was working hard and yet still check in and asked if i needed anything everytime she came by. She also recommended i check out stage left, im pretty excited to check them out next!

The older gentleman outside with a guitar (who was Not part of the restaurant) had an AMAZING voice! I wanted to pay him just to come in and sing!
Over all a great place to stop. My only complaint would be it was very loud.

The Hostess/Waitress is so wonderful every time we come in! The bartender today made a Jalapeño Cocktail which is nearly perfect in every way. The chef behind the grill truly earns the title Chef! The burgers are perfect, the vegetable medley is better than any I’ve ever had. The French fries were too good to put ketchup on. Even the honey mustard, which I can’t stand, was excellent and suitable to top some of the best homemade chicken tenders I’ve had outside my own kitchen. This place is a gem!

We came to Elliott’s for a quick meal before a concert and they didn’t disappoint. Service was fast and friendly, and the highlight of my stay was the server writing “bald” on my receipt to remind herself who I was. Some might have been offended, but that got a great laugh from me. Caught me off guard.
Everyone’s food was great and we had no complaints. The interior doesn’t look like a place that’d have amazing food, kind of looks a bit like a dive bar, but I’m happy to report it was very very good.

Came here for the first time with my friend for a late night drink and was served the most delicious extra dirty martini. When I tell you that I’ve never seen a martini like this in my life. Criminally opaque with olive brine, ice chips galore, and the garnish… six olives. Six!! At any other bar I’m lucky if I get three (which for me is standard). Elliott’s giving the martini drinkers what they deserve. Thank you <3
