Third time here and the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the lobster ravioli and it was great! For desert I asked our server to surprise me with one of the seasonal deserts. And the apple cheese cake was such a fantastic choice! Loved the food and loved our waitress Oliva!!

I had the bang bang shrimp and the fish and chips. Everything was great however I didn’t care for the bread they served it was too hard imo. I also didn’t care for the coleslaw it was too wet. Overall was a great dining experience and great service. I would recommend.

First time here. The food was amazing! Service was not very good. We went on a slow Tuesday. Server had about 2 or 3 tables. We were constantly being walked past with empty drinks and feeling like an inconvenience. With the amount of money spent, the experience was not very great. Left feeling disappointed when celebrating something special.

Had an amazing dinner at Bonefish Grill thanks to our server Yulia. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. This was our second time here after having a nice experience the first time. We were seated quickly and our server saw us soon after. There is bread for the table with a pesto type sauce with hints of cheese. We took advantage of the couples meal special and both got the Parmesan crusted rainbow trout from a recommendation. Salads were nice. The house has heart of palm which was interesting. The fish and sides were tasty. Dessert was cheesecake which has a firm and creamy texture. I liked it a lot. We also got Bang Bang Shrimp to start and the table enjoyed it. It has a creamy sauce that is sweet, salty with some spice. Our server was very nice and patient, taking time to explain options. We’ll come back again. This is located with nice a strip mall type location. Parking was plenty and free.

Appetizers, and Entres were absolutely fantastic. I can’t rate the desserts, because sadly we couldn’t eat another bite. The atmosphere while quiet enough for an anniversary was like all the other Bonefish, just a little cookie cutter. The service was absolutely top notch. The drinks were delicious as well, particularly the smoked old fashioned!!

This is my second time visiting this establishment! My first ever at the West Chester location! This is by far the best experience! Mackenzie was top tier and the one to continue checking on us! She was attentive and very professional! I can’t wait for the next event! She made the experience even better than it already was!

My wife and I had lunch here today. I had salmon and she had the Mahi-mahi. Both meals were pretty good. We also had some kind of garlic potatoes that were like French fries – neither one of us liked them. Our waitress was also the bartender which made our service wait long at times, but I believe she was doing her best. We regularly eat here so we will return at a later date.
Update: 3/17/24, My wife and I a late lunch or early dinner here today. I had Blackened Salmon, with mash potatoes and a cauliflower dish cover with a thin batter (Excellent). My wife had the fried fish and chips, but potatoes instead of the chips.
Pros: Salmon. bread, cauliflower and salad
Cons: Fried fish – too greasy, mash potatoes look like they had been out awhile, but tasted ok to me – my wife didn’t eat hers.
Service for some reason was slow – it took over 30 minutes to be served our meals and the restaurant was not crowded – maybe 30%-40% full. Maybe there wasn’t enough help in the kitchen.
Bonefish fish and chips are always a hit or miss. We have them when they were better than any other restaurant we visited and other times it’s just too greasy. I’m sure we will return, but not anytime soon.
Update: 4/15/25, Had carryout here today. I ordered on-line and somehow I got my pickup time wrong on the order. When I called the restaurant to correct the time, the manager/head chef took care of the problem no questions ask. Our food was hot and excellent. Thank you and we hope to see you soon.

We enjoyed the Merry Martini dinner experience very much! The food was delicious and paired so nicely with the martinis! It was a great way to try lots of foods and taste a variety of drinks. Such a fun holiday date night!! Our server, Uliya was awesome too!! Chefs kiss- would definitely do it again and recommend to others!
