Terrible experience. My nuggets were burn and hard as rock. My quesadilla full of veggies and nothing of meat. Missing sauces and cheese xtra guac I paid for it. My order arrived one hour after because you were busy. Food was inedible, it was cold and not tasty. I regretted to choose Taco Bell for my dinner. Bad experience and service overall.

The service at this location is consistently poor. Of the line staff puts completed orders on a small tray at the front of the line and does not call the names out. Unless you ask for them specifically, they won’t say anything to you. I stood at the register for 11 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and then I was told that my order had been ready for 25 minutes. I told them I didn’t want it, because it was now cold, and I was told I had to cancelled through the app that they were a franchise store and had no control over that. Looked at the app for a few minutes and asked someone to help , and she told me she didn’t know how. I asked for a manager again, she said there was no manager there, and everyone did not know how the app worked, and she just turned and walked away.

I haven’t had a great experience here when it comes to customer service and recently had issues where everyone in the lobby was waiting quite a while for food and they mentioned they had started working on our food but then the drive through got busy. Seems like the prioritize drive thru vs. lobby guests so if you do go maybe don’t go in the store

Usually I am skeptical of ordering Taco Bell through door dash. I have almost always had my order messed up. However, this one in particular makes my delivery orders perfectly without fail. ESPECIALLY whoever was making the food tonight it was so good and I was so so happy.

This taco bell is super petty! We ordered our food with no sour cream and no tomatoes just to drive half way home and find out they were on there. When we got back thr guy demanded the food back that we already took a bite out of. They would rather throw the food in the trash then to let the customer keep it even though they messed up!

Did a mobile order for a taco party pack for my work staff. Pulled up to the window and the woman working did not greet us. She just started complaining that we order a bunch of tacos during a rush. It really made us feel awful. The store wasn’t even super busy. Everytime I come here something happens. I will not be back.

I visited this Taco Bell this morning right at opening (8 a.m.) and waited about five minutes to order. The employee who took my order was polite enough over the speaker, but when I pulled up to the window her demeanor completely changed.

She silently held out the card reader. After I tapped my phone, she continued to hold the device without saying anything. When nothing happened, I had to ask whether my payment went through—she only shook her head no, still without speaking. I tapped my phone again, she took the reader back inside, chatted with coworkers over the headset, then returned with my food. No “thank you,” no “have a good day.”

I even rounded up my order to donate, and there was still no acknowledgment or appreciation for that.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with the same employee. She often laughs and talks with coworkers over the intercom instead of focusing on customers. While I understand this is fast food, basic professionalism and courtesy should still be part of the job.

It’s the same employee I’ve encountered on several visits—she typically wears a sweater and has braces—so management should have no trouble identifying her.

Me and my dad went inside to order we ordered and waited for 35 minutes to get are food there was some people that came in after us once lady ordered online and waited she ended up saying something about it that get food was supposed to be done at a certain time and they said that she has to wait and she said can I just go threw the drive threw would that be faster and he said yes but you ordered online so you will have to wait and another guy said can I just get a refund and he said if you wait just a second we will have it for you we had said that we where before all those people and we still had to wait there was another person setting there way before we even came in I thought he was just sitting there but know he was waiting for his food for like 45 minutes so if you do go there didn’t go inside horrible service and you will have to wait I have had this experience there before just not Just really bad service there they don’t care. Go see for yourself.

Order my food for pickup but my food wasn’t ready, so I was told to pull up to the front and wait. I wait 10 mins and go inside to ask how long it’s gonna take (I had 10 mins left of my lunch break) I’m told it’s gonna take 15 mins I swap out the items that aren’t ready for burritos and still can’t get my food. I gave them 20 mins and still no food so I had to cancel the order (I was already late coming back from lunch) and to this day the order hasn’t been cancelled and I haven’t gotten a refund. *Son un montón de chavos que no saben cómo trabajar solo saben cómo contar el chisme*
