I just got a meat and 3 box and my chicken sandwich was absolutely RAW. The whole thing was undercooked. Just look at this picture. Completely pink and straight raw chicken. This is aside from the rude service from the lady that had no patience and didnt even let me finish my order. It was closed by the time I could go back with it.

Every time I order from there they never get my order right I ordered a Swiss beef with extra meat and they didn’t even add extra meat and they only fill the sauce up quarter way. You couldn’t even dip your sandwich into it. Do not go there they are the worst I am reporting this place to the headquarters. They need to look into the managers and everyone that works there. Look at those pictures does that look like double beef?

Thank you for the good food but this has literally been the 3rd time I’ve came here, ordered something, then was given something different. There are further Arby’s but those are ones that will give you what you paid for.
To add, the place was great for fast food but ever since about 1-2 months ago I have never gotten anything I’ve ordered. There was something missing or was given something else, always. I would love to go in and ask for the right order, but after this many times you must know that you’re giving people the wrong food and just don’t care. This isn’t a once or twice thing, it’s near systematic. We all live in this city, why do we have to do this to each other?

So I went here 11.14 and 530pm I order food and steak bites I just got home and this what I get for 10 bucks what a rip off 9 pieces yeah right I got 5 or 4 in this cup small and burnt why do I keep wasting money on food and for people to make my food cant even be done right what a shame and poor service on food thinking about never coming here again on top my food taste horrible what are you guys doing ..

I hope management reads these reviews because my girlfriend and I stopped at this Arby’s late last night (12/30/25) around 10:45. The woman working was one of the most pleasant fast food workers I’ve ever met. I didn’t get her name, but she was so genuinely nice. I hope she gets the props she deserves! Food was good as well. It’s Arby’s, the food is usually pretty good.

Well I was craving some Arby’s Roast Beef and decided to go to this location because it was closest to the gas station ⛽ that I had just filled up at on Ford road. It was my first time in this location and I enjoyed the building’s inside layout. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have the beef and cheddar sandwich that I love so much. (At least according to the staff member who I spoke to.) But I ordered two with American cheese and they were Okay. (That’s why I gave the food the rating that I did.). I had a Delicious Apple turnover for dessert and had Iced Tea as my beverage. Overall, it was a good lunch with a very polite and helpful staff. Mask are optional at this time.

I normally don’t leave reviews especially around my area because it’s normally very bad around here but I went into this Arby’s and I placed a fairly large order there was zero complaints, everybody was very well-mannered very nice The store was very clean Michaela was my server but everybody was very nice

Yes it’s Arby’s and yes it’s supposed to make you feel bad. But there’s no reason to tell a person to “Go order on the app! But it actually was better the app offered great deals. Lastly the Dining room is actually if you can ignore the random Screams, kinda comfortable.

However, the initial greeting here was less “Welcome to Arby’s” and more “Go order on the app!”—a remarkably blunt instruction that could use a customer service tune-up.
Ironically, that abrasive advice turned into a positive, as the app delivered some genuinely great deals. So, kudos to the savings, if not the delivery method.
Moving past the counter politics, the dining room is surprisingly comfortable. It’s a decent place to settle in, provided you can successfully ignore the occasional “random screams” that provide the ambient soundtrack. This location is a strange duality: bad service initiation, great mobile deals, and a comfortable seat amidst a light dose of chaos.
Come for the deals, stay for the bizarre atmosphere.
