Honestly, I didn’t even want to stop for coffee because I don’t like McDonald’s coffee in the U.S. It’s bad.
This location also has a 3.6 rating, so my expectations were very low. But after a long drive and having no other options, I stopped anyway and I was pleasantly surprised.
This was the best McDonald’s coffee I’ve had in the U.S. in the last four years. Coffee was tasty, fairly strong, with a good amount of milk and a perfect temperature.
Usually it’s just dark, overboiled water, but not this time. I’m leaving this review to support the team hey deserve it.

Well you lost a customer your night shift manger was very rude when I asked if he could help me get my phone set up if I could borrow it which I understand why he said no but when I asked him if he could call customer service he said real smart assy can’t help you and leave me alone. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s and buying food from them for over 15 yrs I won’t anymore I’ll drive to Athens or go to taco bell and to let him know I’m a disabled vet and you have lost my business..

As McDonald’s go, this one is the older one in town though it has been updated. They are normally extremely busy, primarily with drive-through orders, and the rushed and hurried staff can be “less than friendly” during those times trying to get as many orders processed
as possible on what often seems to be a short-handed staff. They aren’t rude by any means, just rushed. I also do food delivery and have always been treated very well by the employees during my pickups, regardless of how busy they seem. The food seems to be of good quality, usually hot when you receive it or they’ll replace it if you ask.

I usually go here because it is convenient and there have only been a few times where employees seem to be fed up with everything and have an attitude. I don’t mind, as long as I get my food, I understand working in fast food can be stressful. The other day however I went to this McDonald’s and got some breakfast from the app and when I opened it and was about to eat I saw a hair on my pancakes and decided to take it back and on the way back inside I also noticed a hair on my biscuit. When I took it back inside and told the employees there was one employee who seemed to have an attitude for no reason and as I was explaining what happened to the other employees the rude employee kept yelling as I was talking saying “WE HAVE NO MORE BREAKFAST. WE HAVE NO MORE BREAKFAST” over and over again which was quite rude (also, mind you it was maybe 10 past 11 so not only did breakfast end like 15 minutes ago but it’s a FAST food place so they definitely should have had breakfast items they could’ve just thrown on the grill) also I have never been to a fast food place that sells completely out of breakfast items by 11, they have no way to know how many they need to make. Anyways, as the rude employee heard what I was saying she was like “just throw it away and I’ll refund it” so the employee I was talking to threw it away and while she was a manager walked by and heard her say there was a hair in my food and all they said was “wow” and kept walking. Finally, the rude lady gave me my refund with an attitude. If you want to eat without bad attitudes and worse than terrible customer service avoid this McDonald’s and especially the employee who gave me the refund. She is a short lady with black hair and acts like it’s a problem to do her job. I will not be going back to this store, and if I do again it will be a very long time. I honestly do not understand how this place is still open because the customer service is atrocious and they just, in recent years, stopped having a huge fly problem.

I just feel the staff could be much more friendlier, especially the management. They both seem to have attitudes and that it is an inconvenience to them for you being there. Their moods show so much that it kinda brings u down and makes u feel uncomfortable.
I really do dislike going there, but they are the only one around.

I did an online order today I went to pick it up when I got there. A man told me that he could not give me my food because it was a lot of food $60 worth and that their system was down so he could not process the payment. He did not have proof that the payment has gone through yet I showed him my bank statement Where it said that the payment has gone through. I showed him the receipt from McDonald’s Two receipts and the man still refused to give me my food. He said I would have to wait two hours to get my food. My husband was going to call the police and filed the theft charge on them. We’re still thinking about it if we don’t get our money back from the bank..
Keep in mind this City is predominantly an all W community And I am Hispanic. I was treated so badly by this man and I didn’t catch his name and I don’t even know if he was a manager or what he was. But if I have proof from my bank and A receipt from McDonald’s my food should’ve been given to me. I think it was just a racist thing on his part..
I had always bragged about how great this McDonald’s was service was always Never had any problems at all until today where I was treated so badly. Now you can go back and review on your cameras, cause I was indoors You will probably say that nothing happened didn’t he didn’t appear mean, but he was.
I can see why the ratings are so low on this McDonald’s.
I don’t think I was in the wrong here. I think you were in the wrong by refusing to give me my food after it had been paid for.

Sat in line for forever, wasn’t given a receipt at the first window even though I tried to ask for it and she ignored me, went to the second window and basically had to crawl into the place with him to get my order because apparently he didn’t see the need to actually meet me halfway to hand it to me, took him forever to make 2 sundays and then one of my drinks was wrong…. Your customers need to always be given their receipts and you need someone fast and competent working the drive through window so it doesn’t hold the line up for 15 minutes for just simple drinks and ice cream and in that time frame their order should be correct!

The person taking the order was incredibly rude, then she had the order wrong when I proceeded to pay for it. Finally she got it correct again rude. I reported her to the manager as I went to the other window. The women who did hand me my food was sweet and professional. The manager thanked me and apologized for the other employee who was rude and she did sincerely seemed concerned and said that she would speak to the employee immediately.
The manage acted exactly perfect with my complaint.
