We are making healthy easier and our superfood-centric menu does exactly that by offering a daily source of plant-based nutrition packed with natural and quick energy. The girl that works the window is so sweet and helpful. The smoothies are amazing! I’ve gotten 3 different ones and they’ve been amazing. Today I ordered a pitaya bowl and was slightly disappointed it has an odd stale taste and it’s hard to eat because it’s very runny. I also ordered the original breakfast sandwich and was pretty sad. It smelled really awful and was mushy like it had been microwaved in a bag. I gave it to my doggy but she didn’t seem impressed either lol.

Main Squeeze has become a top favorite place to eat in town. Tacos are so yummy, we have tried multiple smoothies and all are very good, their hydrate juices are delicious and feel clean, however, the real MVP is definitely their loaded nachos. Would recommend anything on the menu with full trust that it will be amazing. Service is second to none. Give MS a try!

This place made my trip here to Lake Charles the highlight of my experience. The food was a 10/10 the customer service was even better. I’m grateful to have come across vegan food that tastes THIS GOOD. The owner Miranda is heaven sent. She displayed such kindness, eloquence, & love for good food, customer service, & my kids took a liking to her. When I come back I’ll definitely be visiting again: this place has my heart now. Thank you guys for providing Louisiana with such wonderful good eats.

I visited Lake Charles on a trip and stopped by this place because it had good reviews on Google Maps. Honestly, I’m not sure why the ratings are so high.
I ordered the Classic Smoothie and the Açaí Berry Bowl.
The smoothie was good, but the açaí bowl wasn’t good at all. Weird taste.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great juice bar with smoothies and healthy food options !! Staff are super helpful and chipper and genuinely glad to have you there. The smoothies are made with no ice and are really good ! The fresh pressed juice is great too. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting something healthy for snack or even lunch.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Main Squeeze for a while now and usually love both the nachos and the Vision drink. I often spend around $24 on lunch here, and I like supporting a local small business.
Today, though, I left pretty disappointed. I normally ask for the nacho toppings on the side so the chips don’t get soggy by the time I get home. When I picked up my order, I was told by the staff (per the manager) that there is now a $3 charge just for putting toppings in separate containers. That caught me off guard. The nachos are already $11.99, and the extra fee felt steep for what amounts to small containers that cost pennies.
I completely understand that businesses have costs and need to make a profit, and I’d even be okay with paying a small upcharge (say $1) for the extra packaging and time. But $3 feels excessive and honestly left me questioning whether I want to continue coming back. It’s frustrating because I’ve been a consistent supporter, and this policy feels more like a penalty than a fair charge.
I hope management will reconsider this approach, because I do enjoy the food here. I just don’t want to feel nickel-and-dimed for something so simple.

Looking to find a healthy choice for lunch and decided to give them a try. I was greeted warmly by the helpful front counter person. I don’t like bananas, so she allowed a substitution. I went for the hummus snack pack as well, and the hummus was fresh and tasty.
