First time experience with my wife. Fantastic. While their establishment is very nice inside. The bar is the place to be inside Wahlburgers. See your server YANIRA to insure all your food and drink needs are met.

This particular Wahlburgers location is part of the MGM Springfield complex but is not situated within the main building, but a short walk away on the corner of Union and Main St on 1028 Main St to be exact. You can interpret this in two ways: Firstly, it feels like a separate downtown location that doesn’t blend with the casino-hotel atmosphere. However, it’s conveniently within walking distance, and the downtown area has the potential to develop around it. Secondly, if it’s considered part of the casino-hotel, it should ideally be located within the premises. Also, because it not within the MGM Springfield complex, you cannot bill your meal to your room.

Extremely disappointing and awful food. I took my family of six here and all our food was inedible. They burnt all our burgers, the Mac & cheese didn’t taste good. Two of my children wouldn’t even touch their food and went without eating.
Honestly the most enjoyable thing was their tator tots. Their fry portions were even bad
The worst of it, it costed me $68 and I felt like I should’ve gotten a refund. I wasn’t happy with the quality or the taste of the food. On top of it we all got stomach aches after eating a little bit of the food we actually did attempt to ingest

Wahlburgers was a total treat! We started with the crispy, cheesy Spinach Parmesan Wahl Bite—pure perfection. The O.F.D. Burger stole the show (aka foodgasm) with its juicy beef and bold flavors, while the Kale & Brussels Sprout Slaw added a fresh, crunchy balance. The vibe was welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

First time here. Stopped to eat with a friend before my grandsons basketball game. Was greeted by YANIRA. So kind and sweet. She was busy and never wavered from her kindness. Fried pickles to start and we both had burgers and fries. Delicious! Yanira was wonderful to the end. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Two large burgers (The O.F.D. Burger was delicious) a side of hot crispy fries and we were happily on our way. Thanks to Yanira for bringing a smile to our face.

While visiting Wahlburgers in Springfield, Massachusetts, from Florida, I couldn’t wait to stop by again after not having it for over three years since they first opened. I was surprised to see the restaurant was quiet on a Wednesday evening—it made me wonder what happened to the hype. It certainly couldn’t be the food or the service because both were fantastic, as always.
I went with my daughter and her best friend, and we sat in a booth near the bar, facing the TVs. Our waitress was amazing—she not only took care of our food order but was also making drinks behind the bar, including my margarita. I decided to spice it up with some jalapeño, and let me tell you, it was perfection.
We started with the buffalo chicken bites, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a texture similar to buffalo chicken dip but not too saucy. They were a solid 9/10. The fried pickles were my favorite—I can’t get enough of how crunchy they are. Even after sitting in the basket for a bit, they didn’t lose their crispiness, which is rare for fried pickles.
For my main meal, I tried the new trio flight, which was perfect for tasting a little bit of everything. It came with a meatball slider, a chicken sandwich slider, and a burger slider—all absolutely delicious.
Our waitress truly made our visit special. Despite dealing with a family emergency, she put us at ease with her kindness and attentiveness, making us feel so welcome. It’s hard to understand why this place wasn’t busier because the food and service are top-notch.
If you’re visiting Springfield—whether for the Dr. Seuss Museum, the Basketball Hall of Fame, or just passing through—make sure to stop by Wahlburgers. You won’t be disappointed!

First time at Wahlburger’s, and it was alright. I will say that the service is very good, with staff that’s helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the food is nothing special. The tater tots are crunchy and warm, but were average in terms of taste. The burger and the mac and cheese were extremely bland. Also, fries with a burger oddly come separately and you need to pay extra. The salad had a good variety of ingredients and flavors, and was fresh, but the chicken, similarly to the other items, was flavorless. Overall, if you’re looking for an easy place to eat out, try out Wahlburgers, but don’t travel just to check it out.
